Abstract

The instant disclosure discloses a fixing structure of a data access device having a fixing tray and a handle. The fixing tray includes at least one fixing latch and at least one elastic member. One end of the fixing tray is a pivot and two hooks. The distance between the fixing latch and the pivot is shorter than that between the elastic member and the pivot. The other end of the fixing tray is an inserting section. One end of the handle is a hinge section, from which two cams are extended. The other end of the handle is an operational pull. The hinge section and the operational pull are connected by a connecting rod. The hinge section pivotally connects to the pivot. A fixing case with the fixing structure of a data access device is disclosed.

Claims

1. A fixing structure of a data access device, comprising:

a fixing tray, having at least one fixing latch and at least one elastic member, wherein one end of the fixing tray has a pivot and at least one hook, the distance between at least one of the fixing latch and the pivot is shorter than that between any of the elastic member and the pivot; and

a handle, wherein one end of the handle has a hinge section, the hinge section extends to form at least one cam, the other end of the handle has an operating pull, the hinge section and the operating pull are connected by a connecting rod, and the hinge section pivotally connects to the fixing tray on the pivot such that the handle is pivotally connected to the fixing tray.

The fixing structure of a data access device according to claim 1, wherein the fixing tray has two fixing latches and one elastic member, the elastic member is disposed between the two fixing latches, and the elastic member has a curvature relative to the fixing tray such that the elastic member is installed on the fixing tray in a protruding fashion.

The fixing structure of a data access device according to claim 1, wherein the fixing tray has two fixing latches and two elastic members, the elastic members are disposed between the two fixing latches, and the two elastic members have curvatures relative to the fixing tray such that the elastic members are installed on the fixing tray in a protruding fashion.

The fixing structure of data access device according to claim 1, wherein the fixing tray has at least one latching hole, the at least one fixing latch is disposed in the at least one latching hole, the fixing latch has an interior latch and an elastic cover with which the interior latch is partially sleeved.

5. The fixing structure of a data access device according to claim 1, wherein the end of the fixing tray pivotally connected to the handle has the pivot installed on the front side of the fixing tray and the hook installed on the back side of the fixing tray.

6. The fixing structure of a data access device according to claim 1, wherein the hinge section has two hinge holes, the two hinge holes are respectively close ended and semi-open ended, and the two ends of the pivot are respectively pivotally connected inside the two hinge holes.

7. The fixing structure of a data access device according to claim 1, wherein a barb is disposed at the front edge of the cam.

8. A fixing case, used for fixing a data access device with at least one positioning hole on its sides, comprising:

two lateral plates, connected by a top plate and a bottom plate, each of the lateral plates having at least one sliding groove and at least one locking groove disposed thereon; and

two fixing structures of a data access device, sandwiching the two sides of the data access device and installed in the two sliding grooves in a removable fashion, wherein each of the fixing structures of a data access device comprises;

a fixing tray, having at least one fixing latch and at least one elastic member, wherein the at least one fixing latch is inserted into the corresponding at least one positioning hole of the data access device, one end of the fixing tray has a pivot and at least one hook, the at least one hook corresponds to the at least one locking groove, the distance between at least one of the fixing latch and the pivot is shorter than that between any of the elastic member and the pivot; and

a handle, wherein one end of the handle has a hinge section, the hinge section extends to form at least one cam, the other end of the handle has an operating pull, the hinge section and the operating pull are connected by a connecting rod, and the hinge section pivotally connects to the fixing tray on the pivot, such that the handle is pivotally connected to the fixing tray.

9. The fixing case according to claim 8, wherein the handle abuts against the data access device, the hook of the fixing tray is situated inside the locking groove, thereby fixing the fixing tray in the sliding groove.

The fixing case according to claim 8, wherein when the handle moves further away from the data access device, a barb on the front edge of the cam acts as a fulcrum of the fixing tray by pressing against an opening on the lateral plate of the fixing case, thereby enabling the hook of the fixing tray to detach from the locking groove and the fixing tray to slide out from the sliding groove.

11. The fixing case according to claim 10, wherein the hook of the fixing tray is disposed near where the barb of the cam acts as the fulcrum of the fixing tray.
