A computationally implemented system and method that is designed to, but is not limited to: electronically obtaining food service activity information associated with at least in part one or more food service activity aspects regarding service of one or more menu items; and electronically correlating at least a portion of food service activity information associated with at least in part one or more food service activity aspects regarding service of one or more menu items with one or more identifiers accessible through one or more tracers said one or more tracers logged as being at least momentarily in physical proximity with one or more ingestible materials.
