- storing a job profile associated with an employer in a job database in the computer system, the job profile including at least one job attribute stored in a structured format in the computer system;
storing a candidate profile associated with a candidate in a candidate database in the computer system, the candidate profile including at least one candidate attribute stored in a structured format;
comparing by the computer system the at least one candidate attribute with the at least one job attributes; and
determining by the computer system whether the at least one candidate attribute is compatible with the at least one job attribute prior to any direct contact between the candidate and the employer.
