1. A method of searching a plurality of job profiles having respective job attributes and threshold requirements by a computer system having at least one computer comprising at least one processor and storage medium within a computer network, the method comprising:
- storing job attributes received from an employer in a structured format on the at least one storage medium in communication with the at least one computer;
receiving by the at least one computer from a job seeker at least one search parameter including at least one threshold requirement selected from the job profiles;
identifying at least one job profile by the computer system based on the at least one search parameter;
comparing the at least one search parameter with the job attributes by the computer system;
determining by the computer system whether at least one of the identified job profiles matching the at least one search parameter meets the selected threshold requirement, and;
communicating to the candidate the at least one determined job profile.
