1. A multi-carrier transmission method, comprising:
- receiving, by a network device, a data packet, wherein the data packet comprises identifier information about a terminal;
querying a correspondence table between the identifier information and a broadcast channel;
determining a broadcast channel corresponding to the identifier information, wherein the determined broadcast channel is a broadcast channel among a plurality of preset broadcast channels, and the terminal is any terminal in a terminal group corresponding to the determined broadcast channel; and
sending through the determined broadcast channel, the data packet to the terminal, so that the terminal demodulates the data packet by using modulation parameters of the determined broadcast channel.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for multiple access. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, a data packet, where the data packet includes identifier information about a terminal; querying, according to the identifier information about the terminal, a correspondence table between identifier information about a terminal and a broadcast channel, and determining a broadcast channel corresponding to the identifier information about the terminal, where the determined broadcast channel is a broadcast channel among a plurality of preset broadcast channels, and the terminal is any terminal in a terminal group corresponding to the determined broadcast channel; and sending, according to the identifier information about the terminal, through the determined broadcast channel, the data packet to the terminal.

21. A multi-carrier transmission system, comprising a network device and a terminal,
the network device comprising (a) a first receiving module, configured to receive a data packet, wherein the data packet comprises identifier information about the terminal; - (b) a first determining module, configured to query, a correspondence table between the identifier information and a broadcast channel, and determine a broadcast channel corresponding to the identifier information, wherein the determined broadcast channel is a broadcast channel among a plurality of preset broadcast channels, and the terminal is any terminal in a terminal group corresponding to the determined broadcast channel; and
(c) a sending module, configured to send through the determined broadcast channel, the data packet to the terminal so that the terminal demodulates the data packet by using modulation parameters of the determined broadcast channel; andthe terminal comprising (a) a second receiving module configured to receive the data packet sent by the network device through the broadcast channel and (b) a demodulation module, configured to demodulate the data packet by using modulation parameters of the broadcast channel.
