1. A method of surgical tracking display comprising:

  • moving a probe device toward a patient, where the probe is displayed as a simulated probe, where the simulated probe moves as the probe is moved by a first user, where a portion of the patient is also displayed as a displayed patient portion, where the simulated probe moves in relation to the displayed patient portion;

    rotating and moving the probe to a target location and target orientation on the patient as determined by the first user;

    saving the target location and target orientation of the probe;

    displaying the target location as a target location mark;

    displaying the target orientation as a target orientation mark;

    moving a surgical device toward the patient, where the surgical device is displayed as a simulated surgical device, where the simulated surgical device moves as a second user moves the surgical device, where the simulated surgical device moves in relation to the displayed patient portion; and

    rotating and moving the surgical device until the simulated surgical device is at about the target location mark and the simulated surgical device is about aligned with the target orientation mark.
