- a first pane, at least one intermediate layer, and second pane,a transparent, electrically conductive first coating between the at least one intermediate layer and the first pane and/or between the at least one intermediate layer and the second pane, anda first busbar and a second busbar, which are connected to the transparent, electrically conductive first coating, the first busbar being connected to a ground potential and the second busbar being connected to a DC voltage of 75 V to 450 V or an AC voltage of 25 V to 450 V,wherein an area of the transparent, electrically conductive first coating and an area of a transparent, electrically conductive second coating are arranged one over another with at least 80% congruence and insulated from each other, andthe transparent, electrically conductive second coating is connected via at least one third busbar to the ground potential.
