1. An organic light-emitting display device, comprising:
- first electrodes disposed on a substrate;
a plurality of insulating layers which are sequentially disposed on the first electrodes, and on which a contact hole for exposing a part of a surface of the first electrodes are formed; and
an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) which includes pixel electrodes disposed on the plurality of insulating layers, second electrodes facing the pixel electrodes and contacting the first electrodes through the contact hole, and an organic emissive layer disposed between the pixel electrode and the second electrodes.
