1. A vehicle electric power feeding system comprising:
- an electric power feeding device that is provided at a location at which a vehicle can stop;
a detecting means that detects the stopped state of the vehicle;
a control means that instructs the electric power feeding device to feed electric power to the vehicle in a stopped state (stopped vehicle) on the basis of a detection result of the detecting means; and
a communication means that performs communication with the vehicle;
wherein the vehicle is provided with the capability to communicate with the communication means;
the control means performs one or both of information exchange relating to the stopped state of the vehicle or power feeding by the power feeding device by performing communication with the vehicle via the communication means; and
the detecting means is a laser radar or a television camera.
