- receiving data corresponding to physical and psychological characteristics of at least one patient, wherein said psychological characteristics comprises oral examination of said at least one patient by a Clinical Therapist;
determining one or more risk factors corresponding to one or more conditions based, at least in part, on a cross-correlation analysis of said physical and psychological characteristics of said at least one patient and assembling comprehensive mind-body risk factor reduction data based on said one or more risk factors;
determining one or more wellness prescriptions based, at least in part, on said comprehensive mind-body risk factor reduction data;
administering said one or more wellness prescriptions to said at least one patient; and
updating risk factor profile of said at least one patient based on response to said wellness prescriptions.

A computer-readable medium comprising computer-readable instructions for administering a wellness program, wherein execution of the computer-readable instructions causes one or more processors to carry out steps. Data corresponding to physical and psychological characteristics of at least one patient is received. One or more risk factors are determined corresponding to one or more conditions based, at least in part, on the physical and psychological characteristics of the at least one patient. One or more wellness prescriptions are determined based, at least in part, on the one or more risk factors and the physical and psychological characteristics of the at least one patient.
