22. A computerized method of generating a map of myelin tissue of a brain, comprising:
-
generating maps of two or more physical properties of the brain; forming a simulation model comprising at least two interacting tissue compartments; generating physical properties using the simulation model as input; relating observed physical properties of the maps to physical properties generated using the simulation model; and generating a myelin fraction map of the brain based on related observed physical properties of the maps to physical properties generated using the simulation model. - View Dependent Claims (23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28)
