A display system method characterized by new combinations and unobvious uses of IntelliMarks to control the presentation of media content or live interactions with dynamic at run-time presentation commands which alter the viewing users media content presentation, enable skipping portions, changing the rate of presentation, splicing in additional content, or simultaneously semi-transparently superimposing additional content as a separate collection of indexes with associated commands within separate XML files that do not alter the original content, do not violate any copyright restrictions, and do not violate any terms of use restrictions, in addition to augmenting the presentation through current media players, IntelliMarks also altered the presentation of Rapid Sequential Visual Presentations, Above Real-Time Video (and below real-time), Animations, Simulations, Virtual-Reality, Augmented-Reality, Mixed-Reality Presentations, and/or Mirror Mimic Presentations (Semi-Transparent Superimposed) of information in display windows or screens comprising:

  • means providing said display window on an electronic image display means, the display window being used to view content of any type;

    a plurality of content data sources, each of which provides digitized data representing the value of information, or graphic, or video, or other content;

    means coupled to the data sources for altering the PRESENTATION of digitized data as a plurality of data items without altering or illegally copying the original content;

    means including computer software means for IntelliMark pointer with associated command to alter the presentation of the data as a continually cycling sequence of independent frames of information in said display window, with the data presented in repetitive cycles, each cycle comprising a frame for each of the data items, and with a representation of the digitized data for each date item being displayed during its individual frame during each cycle.
