1. A device configured to verify potentially fraudulent transactions, comprising:

  • at least one processor; and

    a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising;

    receiving an indication that a payment transaction is potentially fraudulent, the payment transaction being associated with a payment account of a user,requesting a candidate voice print from the user based on the received indication,receiving the candidate voice print,comparing the candidate voice print to a stored user voice print associated with the payment account of the user,determining whether to verify the candidate voice print based on the comparison, andproviding an indication whether to approve or deny the payment transaction based at least on the determination.
