Abstract

A situational and global context aware calendar, communications, and/or relationship management method and system is disclosed. The system is configured to receive from at least one environmental data gathering device, data about at least one target participant at a gathering of a plurality of participants, analyze such data to determine at least one observed behavior of said target participant, compare said at least one observed behavior against a dataset of at least one behavior; determine when said at least one behavior exceeds a threshold similarity to at least behavior in said dataset; and communicate, to at least one notification device, said at least one observed behavior.

Claims

1. An apparatus, comprising:

a device comprising a processor, a memory, and a network interface, wherein the memory holds instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the device to;

receive, from at least one environmental data gathering device, data about at least one target participant at a gathering of a plurality of participants;

analyze such data to determine at least one observed behavior of said target participant;

compare said at least one observed behavior against a dataset of at least one behavior;

determine when said at least one behavior exceeds a threshold similarity to at least behavior in said dataset; and

communicate, to at least one notification device, said at least one observed behavior.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the memory holds further instructions for identifying the participant engaging in the at least one observed behavior.

3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the dataset applies to persons meeting specified criteria.

4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the at least one environmental data gathering device is a camera.

5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the at least one environmental data gathering device is a microphone.

6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the at least one notification device provides a notification to a user via audio.

7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the at least one notification device provides a notification to a user via displayed data.

8. A computerized method comprising.

receiving, from at least one environmental data gathering device, data about at least one target participant at a gathering of a plurality of participants;

analyzing such data to determine at least one observed behavior of said target participant;

comparing said at least one observed behavior against a dataset of at least one behavior;

determining when said at least one behavior exceeds a threshold similarity to at least behavior in said dataset; and

communicating, to at least one notification device, said at least one observed behavior.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the memory holds further instructions for identifying the participant engaging in the at least one observed behavior.

10. The method of claim 8, wherein the dataset applies to persons meeting specified criteria.

11. The method of claim 8, wherein the at least one environmental data gathering device is a camera.

12. The method of claim 8, wherein the at least one environmental data gathering device is a microphone.

13. The method of claim 8, wherein the at least one notification device provides a notification to a user via audio.

14. The method of claim 8, wherein the at least one notification device provides a notification to a user via displayed data.

15. A non-transitory computer-readable storage, comprising instructions executable by one or more processors perform a method comprising:

receiving, from at least one environmental data gathering device, data about at least one target participant at a gathering of a plurality of participants;

analyzing such data to determine at least one observed behavior of said target participant;

comparing said at least one observed behavior against a dataset of at least one behavior;

determining when said at least one behavior exceeds a threshold similarity to at least behavior in said dataset; and

communicating, to at least one notification device, said at least one observed behavior.

16. The non-transitory computer-readable storage of claim 15, wherein the memory holds further instructions for identifying the participant engaging in the at least one observed behavior.

17. The non-transitory computer-readable storage of claim 15, wherein the dataset applies to persons meeting specified criteria.

18. The non-transitory computer-readable storage of claim 15, wherein the at least one environmental data gathering device is a camera.

19. The non-transitory computer-readable storage of claim 15, wherein the at least one environmental data gathering device is a microphone.

20. The non-transitory computer-readable storage of claim 15, wherein the at least one notification device provides a notification to a user via displayed data.
