Abstract

The description relates to activity graphs. One example can obtain details from multiple activity cards. The example can identify relationships between at least some of the details of the multiple activity cards. The example can also generate an activity graph that reflects at least some of the relationships between individual activity cards.

Claims

1. A method, comprising:

analyzing a set of activity cards;

identifying information that is common across multiple activity cards of the set; and

,

generating a suggested activity card for a user utilizing the identified information.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identifying information comprises identifying identical entries in one of a who field, a what field, a where field, or a when field.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the identifying information comprises applying natural language processing to the set of activity cards to identify semantically equivalent information of the activity cards.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the identifying comprises constructing an activity graph utilizing the identified information.

5. The method of claim 4, further comprising making the activity graph available to a third party resource.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating comprises generating a sponsored activity card on behalf of an entity that pays for the sponsored activity card.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating comprises presenting the suggested activity card on a graphical user interface (GUI) or wherein the generating comprises sending the suggested activity card to a device for presentation to the user on the GUI.

8. The method of claim 1, further comprising making the information that is common across multiple activity cards of the set available to other resources.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the making comprises sending the information to the other resources.

10. At least one computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that when executed by a computing device cause the computing device to perform acts, comprising:

receiving user input to generate a new activity card;

analyzing the user input using natural language processing; and

,

obtaining content for populating the new activity card from the analyzed user input, wherein the obtaining comprises populating the analyzed user input into the new activity card, searching other activity cards for content related to the analyzed user input, identifying an activity graph that relates to the analyzed user input, or supplying the analyzed user input to a search engine as a search query and populating search query results on the new activity card.

11. The computer-readable storage medium of claim 10, wherein the receiving user input comprises receiving a user-defined location, a user-defined activity, or user-defined invitees.

12. The computer-readable storage medium of claim 10, wherein the receiving user input comprises receiving text from a user and one or more invitees of the activity card.

13. At least one computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that when executed by a computing device cause the computing device to perform acts, comprising:

obtaining details from multiple activity cards;

identifying relationships between at least some of the details of the multiple activity cards; and

,

generating an activity graph that reflects at least some of the relationships between individual activity cards.

14. The computer-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the identifying relationships comprises identifying exact matches between details in the individual activity cards.

15. The computer-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the obtaining details comprises obtaining details relating to location, activity, date, or participants.

16. The computer-readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein the activity graph reflects the relationships of one or more of the details.

17. A system, comprising:

a display;

storage having instructions stored thereon;

a processor configured to process the instructions to create a graphical user interface (GUI) on the display; and

,

the GUI comprising an activity card, wherein the activity card includes content provided by a user and autopopulated content derived from comparing the user content to an activity graph of existing activity cards that are related to the activity card.

18. The system of claim 17, embodied on a single device.

19. The system of claim 18, wherein the existing activity cards are located on the single device or wherein the instructions are configured to cause the single device to access a remote database that includes the existing activity cards.

20. The system of claim 17, wherein the activity card is generated remotely and wherein the instructions cause the remotely generated activity card to be presented on the GUI.
