1. A computer-system-implemented method, the computer system having at least one programmed processor to implement the method, the method comprising:
- (i) continuously collecting data components with respect to an individual obtained from at least one wearable sensor device having multiple sensors;
(ii) determining a stress-related state for the individual based on the continuously collected data components; and
(iii) upon determining the stress-related state, controlling a content targeting facility to reduce the stress.
