Abstract

Embodiments relate to a graphical user interface to be displayed on a display apparatus, the graphical user interface comprising an addressable window which is assigned to a selectable object, where the window has a list with a plurality of buttons, where there is assigned to each button an action of a particular type in relation to the object assigned to the window, where there is assigned to one button a formation action which can be performed with elements from a plurality of element types, where the performance of the formation action requires the selection of the number of elements to be used for the formation action from a maximum number of elements for at least one element type. A further formation action can be assigned to a further button, where the element types and the number of elements to be used for the further formation action are determined by the element types and elements used in the last performed formation action.

Claims

1. A graphical user interface to be displayed on a display apparatus, said graphical user interface comprising an addressable window which is assigned to a selectable object, wherein the window has a list with a plurality of buttons, wherein there is assigned to each button an action of a particular type in relation to the object assigned to the window, wherein there is assigned to one button a formation action which can be performed with elements from a plurality of element types, wherein the performance of the formation action requires the selection of the number of elements to be used for the formation action from a maximum number of elements for at least one element type, wherein a further formation action is assigned to a further button, wherein the element types and the number of elements to be used for the further formation action are determined by the element types and elements used in the last performed formation action.

2. The graphical user interface according to claim 1, wherein the further button comprises a display region for displaying the element types to be used for the further formation action and the number of elements.

3. The graphical user interface according to claim 2, wherein the display region has graphical symbols to represent the element types to be used for the further formation action.

4. The graphical user interface according to claim 3, wherein there is spatially associated with each symbol the display of a number to indicate the number of elements.

5. The graphical user interface according to claim 2, wherein element types that are not to be used in the further formation action are faded out in the display region.

6. The graphical user interface according to claim 1, wherein the further button has a time information region for time information relating to the further formation action.

7. The graphical user interface according to claim 6, wherein the time information region contains a graphical time symbol.

8. The graphical user interface according to claim 1, wherein the further button is faded out in the window if the further formation action cannot be performed.

9. The graphical user interface according to claim 1, wherein a confirmation prompt element is linked with the further button.

10. The graphical user interface according to claim 9, wherein the confirmation prompt element is a pop-up window.

11. The graphical user interface according to claim 9, wherein the confirmation prompt element has an actuatable confirmation button which is assigned to the further formation action in order to initiate it.

12. The graphical user interface according to claim 1, wherein the graphical user interface is part of a software running on an electronic device and enabling a player to participate in a multiplayer online game to be played via the interne.

13. The graphical user interface according to claim 12, wherein the formation action is an attack on an object belonging to another player.

14. The graphical user interface according to claim 12, wherein the element types comprise different types of attackers or warriors.

15. The graphical user interface according to claim 12, wherein the element types comprise at least one transport vehicle.

19. The graphical user interface according to claim 3, wherein element types that are not to be used in the further formation action are faded out in the display region.

20. The graphical user interface according to claim 10, wherein the confirmation prompt element has an actuatable confirmation button which is assigned to the further formation action in order to initiate it.

21. The graphical user interface according to claim 13, wherein the element types comprise different types of attackers or warriors.

22. The graphical user interface according to claim 13, wherein the element types comprise at least one transport vehicle.

A display apparatus for a digital-electronic device, wherein the display apparatus is adapted to display a graphical user interface, said graphical user interface comprising an addressable window which is assigned to a selectable object, wherein the window has a list with a plurality of buttons, wherein there is assigned to each button an action of a particular type in relation to the object assigned to the window, wherein there is assigned to one button a formation action which can be performed with elements from a plurality of element types, wherein the performance of the formation action requires the selection of the number of elements to be used for the formation action from a maximum number of elements for at least one element type, wherein a further formation action is assigned to a further button, wherein the element and the number of elements to be used for the further formation action are determined by the element types and elements used in the last performed formation action.

A digital-electronic device having a display apparatus and an electronic control device, wherein a program comprising a graphical user interface is stored in the electronic control device, said graphical user interface comprising an addressable window which is assigned to a selectable object, wherein the window has a list with a plurality of buttons, wherein there is assigned to each button an action of a particular type in relation to the object assigned to the window, wherein there is assigned to one button a formation action which can be performed with elements from a plurality of element types, wherein the performance of the formation action requires the selection of the number of elements to be used for the formation action from a maximum number of elements for at least one element type, wherein a further formation action is assigned to a further button, wherein the element types and the number of elements to be used for the further formation action are determined by the element types and elements used in the last performed formation action.

18. The digital-electronic device according to claim 17 having a memory device, wherein the memory device has a formation memory for storing a last used formation.
