NEIGHBOR TO NEIGHBOR RELAY IN A GEO-SPATIAL ENVIRONMENT
First Claim
1. A method, using a processor and a memory, of managing a community network, comprising:
- providing a community network that includes a member management algorithm, a member introduction algorithm, a geo-spatial repository and a member repository;
obtaining member data associated with a member of the community network from the member repository;
determining a location of the member based on the member data from the geo-spatial repository;
storing the member data in the member repository;
obtaining a plurality of profiles in the community network corresponding to a plurality of neighbors of the member based on the member data and the location;
using the member introduction algorithm to obtain a subset of members corresponding to a number of neighbors of a member based on member data and location;
generating a neighbor to neighbor introduction using the member data and the subset of members by forming a chain between neighbors such that one neighbor introduces a group formed between neighbors in the chain to another neighbor such that a neighbor to neighbor relay is formed in a geo-spatial social network; and
using the member introduction algorithm to facilitate the introduction between the member and at least one of the subset of the plurality of members using the neighbor to neighbor relay.

Abstract
A method and system of neighbor to neighbor relay in a geo-spatial environment are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of managing a community network, using a process and a memory, includes obtaining member data associated with a member of the community network from a member repository, and determining a location of a member based on the member data from a geo-spatial repository. A plurality of profiles are obtained corresponding to a plurality of neighbors of the member based on the member data, stored in the member repository, and the location. A member introduction algorithm is used to obtain a subset of members corresponding to a number of neighbors of a member based on member data and location. The member introduction algorithm is used to facilitate the introduction between the member and at least one of the subset of the plurality of members using the neighbor to neighbor relay.
