Abstract

A generator system uses compressed air as a power source and utilizes an electromagnetic auxiliary power unit. The generator system includes an engine (1), a multiple-column power distributor (2), a generator system (4), a controller system (6), an intake speed control valve (23), a high pressure gas tank (13), a constant pressure tank (16), an electronic control unit ECO (29), an electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000), a power distributor (1100) and an end gas recycle loop. The end gas recycle loop includes an air compressor (7), a condenser (11), an end gas recycle tank (9), an electro-drive turbine unidirectional suction pump (19) and an end gas muffler (22).

Claims

1. An air-powered generator system with an electromagnetic auxiliary power unit comprises:

an engine (1), the engine includes a cylinder (40), a cylinder head system (36), an intake pipeline (42), a discharge pipeline (27), a piston (51), a linkage (54), a crankshaft (56), a discharge camshaft (800), an intake camshaft (200), a front gear box system (43) and a back gear box (33), said piston (51) is connected to the crankshaft (56) via the linkage (54), said front gear box system (43) is adapted to transmit the movement of the crankshaft (56) and the discharge and intake camshafts (800, 200), an air throat hole (402) for the compressed air intake and a discharge hole (272) for the end gas discharge are placed in said cylinder head system (36), the air-powered generator system also includes a high pressure gas tank set (13) which is connected to an external charge device via a pipeline (14) and a constant pressure tank (16) which is connected to the high pressure gas tank set (13) via a pipeline (15), characterized in that the said air-powered generator system with the electromagnetic auxiliary power unit also includes an intake speed control valve (23) which is communicated with the constant pressure tank (16) via a pipeline (15), a controller system (6), an electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000), a multiple-column power distributor (2) which is connected to the crankshaft (56) of the engine (1), a generator system (4) which is connected to the multiple-column power distributor (2) via a clutch (3), an electronic control unit ECO (29) which controls the intake speed control valve (23) on the basis of the detected signal of a sensor (24, 242), a power distribution device (1100) and an end gas recycle loop.

2. The air-powered generator system with the electromagnetic auxiliary power unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the said engine (1) is a two-stroke engine.

The air-powered generator system with the electromagnetic auxiliary power unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the said end gas recycle loop includes a discharge header (28), an air compressor (7), a condenser (11), an end gas recycle tank (9), an electro-drive turbine unidirectional suction pump (19) and an end gas muffler (22), wherein the end gas enters into the end gas muffler (22) through the discharge header (28) and is suctioned in the end gas recycle tank (9) by the electro-drive turbine unidirectional suction pump (19), the end gas accumulated in the end gas recycle tank (9) is sent to the high pressure gas tank set (13) after compressed and pressurized by the air compressor (7) and after cooled by the condenser (11).

The air-powered generator system with the electromagnetic auxiliary power unit according to claim 1, characterized in that said electronic control unit (29) receives a signal from an angular displacement sensor (1010) to control an electric current in coils (1006, 1003) of the electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000).

The air-powered generator system with the electromagnetic auxiliary power unit according to claim 1, characterized in that said air compressor (7) is connected to the multiple-column power distributor (2) by a coupling, so the air compressor (7) is driven by a power transmitted from the multiple-column power distributor (2) to work for compressing an end gas from the end gas recycle tank (9).

The air-powered generator system with the electromagnetic auxiliary power unit according to claim 2, characterized in that the said controller system (6) includes a high pressure common rail constant pressure pipe (91), a controller upper cover (108), a controller mid seat (98) and a controller bottom base (97), the controller upper cover (108), wherein the controller mid seat (98) and the controller bottom base (97) are connected by bolts removably and hermetically.

The air-powered generator system with the electromagnetic auxiliary power unit according to claim 6, characterized in that an intake pipeline (112) is placed in the said controller upper cover (108), the intake pipeline (112) is connected to the high pressure common rail constant pressure pipe (91) via a threaded connection, a controller intake valve (92), a controller valve spring (94), an oil seal bush (99), a controller valve spring bottom base (97) and a controller valve seat (93) are mounted in said controller mid seat (98), said controller valve (92) is butted against the controller valve seat (93) under a pre-action of the controller valve spring (94), a control tappet (115) which controls an opening and closure of the controller valve (92) is placed in said controller bottom base (97), and the controller tappet (115) is actuated by an intake camshaft (200).

8. An electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000) for an air-powered engine assembly, said air-powered engine assembly comprises:

an engine (1) which includes a cylinder (40), a cylinder head system (36), an intake pipeline (42), a discharge pipeline (27), a piston (51), a linkage (54), a crankshaft (56), a discharge camshaft (800) and an intake camshaft (200), the air-powered engine assembly also includes a high pressure gas tank set (13) which is connected to an external charge device via a pipeline (14), a constant pressure tank (16) which is connected to the high pressure gas tank set (13) via a pipeline (15), an intake speed control valve (23) which is communicated with the constant pressure tank (16) via a pipeline (17), and an electronic control unit ECO (29), said electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (100) includes a stator portion, a rotor portion and an auxiliary power unit housing (1001), characterized in that said stator portion and the rotor portion are set up independently, and said stator portion is fixed on said auxiliary power unit housing (1001).

The electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000) according to claim 8, characterized in that the said stator portion includes a stator iron core fixed disk (1002), a stator iron core (1004) and a stator iron core coil (1003), said rotor portion includes a rotor iron core fixed disk (1007), a rotor iron core (1005), a rotor iron core coil (1006) and an auxiliary power unit flywheel (1008).

The electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000) according to claim 9, characterized in that said stator iron core fixed disk (1002) and the auxiliary power unit housing (1001) are threadedly connected or interferentially fit, the said auxiliary power unit housing (1001) is fixed on the engine (1) by a plurality of fasteners penetrated through housing mounting holes (1001), the rotor iron core fixed disk (1007) and the auxiliary power unit flywheel (1008) are threadedly connected or interferentially fit, and the said auxiliary power unit flywheel (1008) is fixed on an extensive end (3071) of the crankshaft (56) to rotate along with the crankshaft (56).

The electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000) according to claim 9, characterized in that the electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000) also includes an angular displacement sensor (1010), said angular displacement sensor (1010) is communicated with the electronic control unit ECO (29), so a signal of a rotary angular displacement of the crankshaft (56) is sent to the electronic control unit ECO (29).

The electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000) according to claim 9, characterized in that a number of the rotor iron cores (1005) is two, the rotor iron cores are placed on the rotor iron core fixed disk (1007) and spaced apart 180 degrees from each other, a number of the stator iron cores (1004) is two, and the stator iron cores are placed on the stator iron core fixed disk (1002) and spaced apart 180 degrees from each other.

The electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000) according to claim 9, characterized in that a number of the rotor iron cores is three, the adjacent rotor iron cores are spaced apart 120 degrees and placed on the rotor iron core fixed disk (1007), a number of the stator iron cores (1004) is three, the adjacent stator iron cores are spaced apart 120 degrees and placed on the stator iron core fixed disk (1002).

14. The electromagnetic auxiliary power unit (1000) according to claim 9, characterized in that a number of the rotor iron cores (1005) is four or five.
