Abstract

A system is provided for using telemetry data based on user habit information or user monitoring. A monitoring device has one or more sensors that detect or measure user information selected from of at least one of, a user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and a user'"'"'s health. The monitoring device includes ID circuitry with an ID storage that contains a unique user ID, a communication system which reads and transmits the unique user ID from the ID storage, a power source and a pathway system. A telemetry system with a database receives the user information from the telemetry device. One or more analysis tools are at the telemetry system that analyze the user information and produce analysis information that is sent to the monitoring device.

Claims

1. A system for using telemetry data based on user habit information or user monitoring, comprising:

a monitoring device with one or more sensors of a monitoring device that detects or measure user information selected from of at least one of, a user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and a user'"'"'s health, the monitoring device including ID circuitry with an ID storage that contains a unique user ID, a communication system which reads and transmits the unique user ID from the ID storage, a power source and a pathway system;

a telemetry system with a database that receives the user information from the telemetry device;

one or more analysis tools at the telemetry system that in operation analyzes the user information and produces analysis information that is sent to the monitoring device.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the one or more analysis tools is included in the database.

3. The system of claim 2, wherein the one or more analysis tools is not included in the database.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the one or more analysis tools includes an analysis element.

5. The system of claim 4, wherein the database includes base standards for at least one of user, activities, behaviors, habit information and health information that is indicative of a healthy lifestyle of activities, behaviors, habit information, exercise programs and health condition.

6. The system of claim 5, wherein the user information received from the monitoring device is analyzed relative to the base standards in the database.

7. The system of claim 5, wherein the base standards in operation are updatable.

8. The system of claim 7, wherein the update information includes updated base standards.

9. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

an activity manager that associates one or more contexts of a user activity or health parameter.

10. The system of claim 1. further comprising:

a feedback system or subsystem at the telemetry system in communication with the one or more analysis tools.

11. The system of claim 10, wherein feedback system or subsystem in operation communicates one or more feedback signals or alerts to the user.

12. The system of claim 10, further comprising:

a closed-loop system that provides control data to the monitoring device.

13. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

at least one of a audio device or display at the monitoring system to communicate feedback to the user.

The system of claim 11, wherein the feedback signal or alert is selected from at least one of, lifestyle parameters, medical conditions, lifestyle events, exercise parameters, battery of the monitoring device, sensor function, pending therapy delivery, medical alerts, a status of a medical condition and a medical measurement or parameter.

15. The system of claim 10, wherein the one or more analysis tools in operation compares a measured sensor signal from a sensor from the monitoring device to a threshold level.

16. The system of claim 15, wherein the threshold level is predefined or tailored relative to a monitoring device user or patient.

17. The system of claim 15, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation provides that when the measured sensor signal does not equal or exceed the threshold level, the measured sensor signal or is adjusted until the measured sensor signal falls within a desired range of an expected threshold level.

18. The system of claim 13, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation provides that when a desired feedback signal or alert level is reached, feedback or alert signal responses are maintained at current settings to maintain a measured sensor signal within a desired range of the threshold.

19. The system of claim 10, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation detects an amplitude or frequency of a measured sensor signal.

20. The system of claim 10, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation recognizes an intended alert pattern based on a morphology of a measured sensor signal.

21. The system of claim 13, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation analyzes a frequency power band of the measured sensor signal for correspondence to frequency and amplitude

22. The system of claim 13, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation evaluates a measured sensor signal waveform for correspondence to a frequency or amplitude.

23. The system of claim 10, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation terminates the feedback signal or alert if a predetermined maximum alert duration has expired.

24. The system of claim 1, wherein when a maximum feedback signal or alert duration is not reached, the feedback signal or alert is held at current signal settings.
