Abstract

A system is provided for obtaining monitored information about an individual and create life activities data. A monitoring device has that detect or measure individual information selected from of at least one of, an individual'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and an individual'"'"'s health. The monitoring device includes ID circuitry with an ID storage that contains a unique individual ID, a communication system which reads and transmits the unique individual ID from the ID storage, a power source and a pathway system. A telemetry system includes a database that receives the individual information from the telemetry device. One or more analysis tools at the telemetry system analyze the individual information and create life activities data.

Claims

1. A system for obtaining monitored information about an individual and create life activities data, comprising:

a monitoring device with one or more sensors that detects or measures individual information selected from of at least one of, an individual'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and an individual'"'"'s health, the monitoring device including ID circuitry with an ID storage that contains a unique individual ID, a communication system which reads and transmits the unique individual ID from the ID storage, a power source and a pathway system;

a telemetry system with a database that receives the individual information from the telemetry device; and

one or more analysis tools at the telemetry system that in operation analyze the individual information and creates life activity data.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the individual selects one or more goals that are used by the telemetry system.

3. The system of claim 2, wherein at least one of the one of the one or more goals includes a target caloric intake and a target caloric burn for the individual.

4. The system of claim 1, the one or more analysis tools creates caloric burn data for the individual, and the life activities data is information relating to actual caloric intake for the individual.

5. The system of claim 1, where the life activities data includes information relating to foods eaten by the individual.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein the telemetry system in operation receives an individual survey.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein the telemetry system in operation provides feedback to the individual.

8. The system of claim 7, wherein the feedback includes information relating to at least one of individual, nutrition, activity level, mind centering, sleep, daily activity, and exercise.

9. The system of claim 1, wherein the feedback includes information relating to at least one of, individual physiological information, individual indicative of the individual'"'"'s life activity, individual data indicative of one or more contextual parameters of the individual and monitoring a degree to which an individual has followed a routine.

10. The system of either claim 7, wherein the feedback is in graphical form.

11. The system of claim 1, wherein the telemetry system in operation generates one or more web pages containing feedback.

12. The system of claim 1, wherein the one or more analysis tools is included in the database.

13. The system of claim 12, wherein the one or more analysis tools is not included in the database.

14. The system of claim 11, wherein the one or more analysis tools includes an analysis element.

15. The system of claim 14, wherein the database includes base standards for at least one of individual, activities, behaviors, habit information and health information that is indicative of a healthy lifestyle of activities, behaviors, habit information, exercise programs and health condition.

16. The system of claim 15, wherein the individual information received from the monitoring device is analyzed relative to the base standards in the database.

17. The system of claim 15, wherein the base standards in operation are updatable.

18. The system of claim 7, wherein the update information includes updated base standards.

19. The system of claim 11, further comprising:

an activity manager that associates one or more contexts of a individual activity or health parameter.

20. The system of claim 11. further comprising:

a feedback system or subsystem at the telemetry system in communication with the one or more analysis tools.
