Abstract

A system provides assignment of a wearable device user identifier to a wearable device user. A wearable device has one or more sensors that detect or measure wearable device user information selected from of at least one of, a wearable device user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and a wearable device user'"'"'s health. The wearable device includes a communication system, and a pathway system. A telemetry system has a database of wearable device user profiles. The telemetry system includes a processor and a wearable device user database. The processor has at least one of, access to the wearable device user database, at least partially creates the wearable device user database and at least partially determines a wearable device user profile. A wearable device user identifier of a wearable device user is assigned to the wearable device user before or after the wearable device user receives the wearable device.

Claims

1. A system with assignment of a wearable device user identifier to a wearable device user, comprising:

a wearable device with one or more sensors that detect or measure wearable device user information selected from of at least one of, a wearable device user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and a wearable device user'"'"'s health, the wearable device including communication circuitry;

a pathway system at the wearable device; and

a telemetry system with a database of wearable device user profiles, the telemetry system including a processor and a wearable device user database, the processor in operation having at least one of, access to the wearable device user database, at least partially creates the wearable device user database and at least partially determines a wearable device user profile, wherein a wearable device user identifier of a wearable device user is assigned to the wearable device user before or after the wearable device user receives the wearable device.

2. A system with assignment of a wearable device user identifier to a wearable device user, comprising:

a wearable device with one or more sensors that detect or measure wearable device user information selected from of at least one of, a wearable device user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and a wearable device user'"'"'s health, the wearable device including communication circuitry,

a pathway system at the wearable device; and

a telemetry system with a database of wearable device user profiles, the telemetry system including a processor and a wearable device user database, the processor in operation having at least one of, access to the wearable device user database, at least partially creates the wearable device user database and at least partially determines a wearable device user profile, wherein in response to a wearable device user receiving a wearable device, the telemetry system detects the wearable device and the wearable device user creates a wearable device user account or signs into an existing wearable device user account for the telemetry system.

3. The system of claim 2, wherein the wearable device user information is wearable device user biometric information.

4. The device of claim 2, further comprising:

one or more batteries.

5. The device of claim 2, wherein the wearable device is configured to be in communication with a social network.

6. The device of claim 2, wherein the wearable device is a mobile device.

7. The device of claim 6, further comprising:

a memory;

a memory controller;

one or more processing units (CPU'"'"'s);

a peripherals interface;

a Network Systems circuitry; and

an input/output (I/O) subsystem

8. The device of claim 2, wherein the wearable device includes an antenna.

9. The device of claim 2, wherein the circuitry that provides at least identification of the wearable device or a wearable device user includes storage.

10. The device of claim 2, further comprising:

one or more element to enable installation of a firmware update.

11. The device of claim 2, further comprising:

an alarm.

12. The device of claim 2, further comprising:

a multi-protocol wireless controller that in operation characterizes available networks to determine current network information.

13. The device of claim 2, further comprising:

an activity manager.

14. The device of claim 2, further comprising:

a transmit antenna that in operation produces a wireless field;

an amplifier coupled to the transmit antenna;

a load sensing circuit coupled to the amplifier; and

a controller coupled to the load sensing circuit.

15. A wearable device with assignment of a wearable device user identifier to a wearable device user, comprising:

a wearable device structure;

one or more sensors that detect or measure wearable device user information selected from of at least one of, a wearable device user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and a wearable device user'"'"'s health;

a communication system and a pathway system; and

wherein a wearable device user identifier of the wearable device is assigned to the wearable device user before or after the wearable device user receives the wearable device.

The device of claim 15, wherein the wearable device is configured to be in communication with a telemetry system, the telemetry system including a database of wearable device user profiles, the telemetry system including a processor and a wearable device user profile database, the processor in operation having at least one of, access to the wearable device user database, at least partially creates the wearable device user profile database and at least partially determines a wearable device user profile.

17. The device of claim 15 further comprising:

one or more batteries.

18. The device of claim 15, wherein the wearable device is configured to be in communication with a social network.

19. The device of claim 15, wherein the wearable device is a mobile device.

20. The device of claim 19, further comprising:

a memory;

a memory controller;

one or more processing units (CPU'"'"'s);

a peripherals interface;

a Network Systems circuitry; and

an input/output (I/O) subsystem

21. The device of claim 15, wherein the wearable device includes an antenna.

22. The device of claim 15, wherein the circuitry that provides at least identification of the wearable device or a wearable device user includes storage.

23. The device of claim 15, further comprising:

elements to enable installation of a firmware update.

The device of claim 27, wherein the telemetry system includes, a database of wearable device user profiles, the telemetry system including a processor and a wearable device user profile database, the processor in operation having at least one of, access to the wearable device user database, at least partially creates the wearable device user profile database and at least partially determines a wearable device user profile.

30. The device of claim 27, further comprising:

one or more batteries.

31. The device of claim 27, wherein the wearable device is configured to be in communication with a social network.

32. The device of claim 27, wherein the wearable device is a mobile device.

33. The device of claim 31, further comprising:

a memory;

a memory controller;

a peripherals interface;

a Network Systems circuitry; and

an input/output (I/O) subsystem

34. The device of claim 27, wherein the wearable device includes an antenna.

28. A wearable device with assignment of a wearable device user identifier to a wearable device user, comprising:

a wearable device structure;

one or more sensors that detect or measure wearable device user information selected from of at least one of, a wearable device user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and a wearable device user'"'"'s health;

a communication system and a pathway system; and

wherein in response to a user receiving a wearable device, a telemetry system in communication with the wearable device detects the wearable device, and a wearable device user creates a wearable device user account or signs into an existing user account for the telemetry system.
