Abstract

A user monitoring device has one or more monitoring sensors and a unique user ID. The one or more sensors acquire user information selected from of at least one of, a user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and user monitoring. ID circuitry is at the user monitoring device. The ID circuitry includes ID storage, a communication system that reads and transmits the unique ID from an ID storage, a power source and a pathway system to route signals through the circuitry. The monitoring device is configured to be in communication with a telemetry system. The telemetry system includes a database of user ID'"'"'s. The telemetry analyzes telemetry data based on at least one of, user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information. The telemetry system in operation is in communication with and sends a notification to an emergency response team or system when a monitored parameter is of a certain value.

Claims

1. A user monitoring device, comprising:

one or more sensors, the one or more sensors acquiring user information selected from of at least one of, a user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, and user monitoring;

a unique user ID;

ID circuitry, the ID circuitry including ID storage, a communication system that reads and transmits the unique ID from an ID storage, a power source and a pathway system to route signals through the circuitry; and

wherein the monitoring device in operation is configured to be in communication with a telemetry system, the telemetry system including a database of user ID'"'"'s, the telemetry system in communication with the user monitoring device and the one or more systems, the telemetry analyzing telemetry data based on at least one of, user'"'"'s activities, behaviors and habit information, the telemetry system in communication with and sends a notification to an emergency response team or system when a monitored parameter is of a certain value.

2. The device of claim 1, further comprising:

a feedback control system or subsystem at the telemetry system.

3. The device of claim 2, wherein the feedback control system or subsystem is at the monitoring device.

4. The device of claim 2, wherein the feedback control system or subsystem is standalone.

5. The device of claim 2, wherein the monitoring device in operate communicates the feedback signal or alert to the user.

6. The device of claim 2, further comprising:

a closed-loop system that provides control data to the monitoring device.

7. The device of claim 1, further comprising:

at least one of a audio device or display at the monitoring system to communicate feedback to the user.

The device of claim 2, wherein the feedback signal or alert is selected from at least one of, lifestyle parameters, medical conditions, lifestyle events, exercise parameters, battery of the monitoring device, sensor function, pending therapy delivery, medical alerts, a status of a medical condition and a medical measurement or parameter.

9. The device of claim 1, wherein the device is a mobile device.

10. The device of claim 1, wherein the telemetry system in operation compares a measured sensor signal from a sensor to a threshold level.

11. The device of claim 10, wherein the threshold level is predefined or tailored relative to a monitoring device user or patient.

The device of claim 10, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation provides that when the measured sensor signal does not equal or exceed the threshold level, the measured sensor signal or is adjusted until the measured sensor signal falls within a desired range of an expected threshold level.

13. The device of claim 12, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation provides that when the desired feedback signal or alert level is reached, the feedback or alert signal responses are maintained at the current settings to maintain the measured sensor signal within the desired range of the threshold.

14. The device of claim 12, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation detects an amplitude or frequency of the measured sensor signal,

15. The device of claim 12, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation recognizes an intended alert pattern based on a morphology of the measured sensor signal.

16. The device of claim 12, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation analyzes a frequency power band of the measured sensor signal for correspondence to frequency and amplitude

17. The device of claim 12, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation evaluates a measured sensor signal waveform for correspondence to a frequency or amplitude.

18. The device of claim 2, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation terminates the feedback signal or alert if a predetermined maximum alert duration has expired.

19. The device of claim 2, wherein when a maximum feedback signal or alert duration is not reached, the feedback signal or alert is held at current signal settings.
