2. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one default menu group comprises one or more user-specific icons.
-
3. The method of claim 2, wherein each user-specific icon provides a graphical representation of a set of patients, the set of patients comprising one or more patients and having been defined by the user of the mobile device.
-
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
-
receiving user input indicating selection of a user-specific icon; and in response to the user input, displaying one or more patient representations in the base screen, each patient representation being associated with a patient in the set of patients.
-
-
5. The method of claim 4, wherein each patient representation is user-selectable to initiate display of more detailed patient information and patient physiological data.
-
6. The method of claim 4, wherein each patient representation comprises one or more of patient information and patient physiological data associated with a respective patient.
-
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the base screen comprises a facility-specific base screen and user-specific icons are selected for display based on a facility that the base screen is specific to and that the user is associated with.
-
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the base screen comprises a facility-agnostic base screen and user-specific icons are selected for display based on one or more facilities that the user is associated with.
-
9. The method of claim 1, wherein a user-specific menu group is selected for display based on a role of the user at a facility.
-
10. The method of claim 1, wherein a user-specific menu group is selected for display based on a workflow of the user at a facility.
-
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising receiving user input indicating a selection of an icon from the user-specific menu group and, in response, displaying information associated with the workflow.
-
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the base screen comprises a facility-specific base screen and user-specific menu groups are selected for display based on a facility that the base screen is specific to and that the user is associated with.
-
13. The method of claim 1, wherein the base screen comprises a facility-agnostic base screen and user-specific icons are selected for display based on one or more facilities that the user is associated with.
-
14. The method of claim 1, wherein the default menu group comprises one or more user-agnostic icons.
-
15. The method of claim 13, further comprising receiving user input indicating selection of a user-agnostic icon from the default menu group and, in response, displaying a patient search screen that enables the user to search for patients.
-
16. The method of claim 1, further comprising animating the menu in response to user input, such that the menu appears to slide with respect to an edge of the base screen.
-
17. The method of claim 16, wherein animating the menu includes sliding the menu into the edge of the base screen, or sliding the menu out from the edge of the base screen.
-
18. The method of claim 1, wherein the user-specific data comprises profile data of the user, the profile data being associated with one or more facilities associated with the user and defining one or more sets of patients, each set of patients comprising one or more patients and having been defined by the user of the mobile device.
