SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INTEGRATING, UNIFYING AND DISPLAYING PATIENT DATA ACROSS HEALTHCARE CONTINUA
First Claim
1. A computer-implemented method for providing a user of a mobile device access to patient information and patient physiological data, the method being executed using one or more processors and comprising:
- receiving, by the one or more processors, user input, the user input indicating a user command to display a vitals screen for a particular patient;
processing, by the one or more processors, patient-specific data and trend data to provide one or more trend graphs; and
displaying the vitals screen on the mobile device, the vitals screen comprising a first display region and a second display region, the first display region displaying one or more trend graphs, and the second display region displaying one or more vitals data sets, each vitals data set corresponding to a trend graph displayed in the first display region.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving, at the mobile device, the patient-specific data and trend data in response to the user input.
-
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the trend data is generated based on the patient-specific data.
-
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the patient-specific data comprises patient physiological data recorded from the particular patient.
-
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more trend graphs comprise a vitals trend graph that provides trend visualizations for all of the patient-specific data.
-
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more trend graphs comprise a vitals trend graph that provides trend visualizations for a sub-set of the patient specific data.
-
7. The method of claim 1, wherein each vital data set is displayed as a table, the table comprising discrete vitals data values.
-
8. The method of claims 7, wherein the discrete vital data values are tabulated based on respective times and dates, at which the respective discrete vitals data value was recorded.
-
9. The method of claims 1, wherein the one or more trend graphs are displayed based on a user-selectable interval.
-
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising receiving user input indicating a selection of an interval and, in response, displaying the trend graphs based on the interval.
-
11. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving user input indicating a command to scroll a trend graph of the one or more trend graphs and, in response, scrolling the trend graph within the first display region, and scrolling a vitals data set corresponding to the trend graph.
-
12. The method of claim 11, further comprising, in response to the user input, scrolling all trend graphs of the one or more trend graphs.
-
13. The method of claim 1, wherein the patient-specific data comprises patient vitals data.
-
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the patient vitals data comprises one or more of heart rate (HR) data, blood pressure (BP) data, oxygen saturation (SPO2) data, respiratory rate (RR), and temperature data.

15. A computer-readable storage device coupled to one or more processors and having instructions stored thereon which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations for providing a user of a mobile device access to patient information and patient physiological data, the operations comprising:
-
receiving user input, the user input indicating a user command to display a vitals screen for a particular patient; processing patient-specific data and trend data to provide one or more trend graphs; and displaying the vitals screen on the mobile device, the vitals screen comprising a first display region and a second display region, the first display region displaying one or more trend graphs, and the second display region displaying one or more vitals data sets, each vitals data set corresponding to a trend graph displayed in the first display region.
