Abstract

The invention discloses a carrier stand for a sports cooler having a travel closed position on a taller dispensing position. The stand can be integrated or removable from the cooler.

Claims

1. A portable sports cooler or a liquid drink dispenser cooler having a bottom-positioned dispensing spigot comprising an adjustable height stand having a lower position for storage and an upper position for drink dispensing.

2. The cooler according to claim 1 wherein the stand comprises a base portion and at least two vertical side portions which allow the cooler to be positioned on the base or at an upper position.

3. The cooler according to claim 1 wherein the cooler or dispenser is held in place in at least only the upper position and lower position by a releasable locking mechanism.

4. The cooler according to claim 1 which further comprises a foothold device for holding the base on the ground when in the process of raising the cooler to the upper position.

5. The cooler according to claim 2 wherein there is at least one handle on at least one of the at least two vertical side portions for carrying the dispenser.

6. The cooler or dispenser according to claim 1 wherein there are wheels on the cooler or dispenser for rolling on the ground.

7. The cooler or dispenser according to claim 1 wherein the stand is integrated into the cooler.

8. The cooler or dispenser according to claim 1 wherein the stand is detachable.
