Abstract

A mobile terminal includes: a display; and a controller. The controller puts at least one screen corresponding to the current display screen and having the same execution depth into standby, and when a predetermined trigger operation is performed, further displays on the display a screen chosen from the at least one screen by the trigger operation.

Claims

1. A mobile terminal comprising:

a display configured to display a current display screen; and

a controller configured to;

place at least one screen, which corresponds to the current display screen and has a same execution depth as an execution depth of the current display screen, on standby; and

cause the display to display a screen selected from among the at least one screen on standby in response to a preset trigger operation performed while the current display screen is displayed.

2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to place the at least one screen on standby when a preset authentication procedure is performed while the current display screen is displayed.

3. The mobile terminal of claim 2, wherein the controller is further configured to:

not store at least part of information obtained by executing on the selected screen;

or

limit access to at least part of the obtained information.

4. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the at least one screen comprises a screen including icons for executing applications designated as private applications when the current display screen is a wallpaper.

5. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the at least one screen comprises a wallpaper assigned to a second user identity module of the mobile terminal when the current display screen is a wallpaper assigned to a first user identity module and the mobile terminal is operated according to the first user identity module.

6. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein:

the at least one screen comprises a screen that provides content corresponding to a particular application when the current display screen is an execution screen of the particular application; and

the content is designated as private content.

7. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein:

the at least one screen comprises an execution screen related to a second function of a second application when the current display screen is an execution screen related to a first function of a first application; and

the second function corresponds to the first function.

8. The mobile terminal claim 1, wherein:

the at least one screen comprises an execution screen of a second application that performs a function corresponding to a function of a first application when the current display screen is an execution screen of the first application that is operated based on a first user identity module of the mobile terminal; and

the second application is executed based on a second user identity module of the mobile terminal.

9. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the at least one screen comprises a screen including a user interface for logging in to a second website by using log-in information for a first website when the current display screen includes a user interface for logging in to the first website.

10. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein:

the selected screen is displayed overlaying at least a first portion of the current display screen;

a second portion of the current display screen that is not overlaid by the displayed selected screen comprises a user interface; and

a user input is receivable via the user interface while both the selected screen and the user interface of the current display screen are displayed.

11. The mobile terminal of claim 10, wherein an area of the displayed selected screen is determined according to a degree of the preset trigger operation performed.

12. The mobile terminal of claim 11, wherein:

the preset trigger operation comprises touching a predetermined area while the current display screen is displayed and dragging from the touched area; and

the area of the displayed selected screen is determined based on a distance of the dragging.

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to cause the display to display the selected screen semi-transparently such that the current display screen is at least partially overlaid by the semi-transparent selected screen, and both a user interface on the selected screen and a user interface on the current display screen are ready for receiving a user input.

14. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to cause the display to display a user interface indicating that the at least one screen is on standby while the current display screen is displayed.

15. The mobile terminal of claim 14, wherein the user interface comprises an indicator for receiving the preset trigger operation.

16. A mobile terminal comprising:

a display configured to display a first screen on which first information is displayed; and

a controller configured to;

search for information related to a particular function that is performed on the first screen;

place at least one screen on which the searched information is to be displayed on standby, and

cause the display to display a screen selected from among the at least one screen in response to a predetermined trigger operation performed while the first screen is displayed.

17. The mobile terminal of claim 16, wherein the controller is further configured to place the at least one screen on standby in response to a preset authentication procedure performed while the current display screen is displayed.

18. The mobile terminal of claim 16, wherein:

the first information relates to a payment to be made on a particular website by a particular means of payment; and

the at least one screen comprises at least a first screen listing payments made on the particular website or a second screen listing payments made by the particular means of payment.

19. The mobile terminal of claim 16, wherein:

the first screen is a log-in screen for a particular website; and

the at least one screen comprises a screen including a user interface for logging in to another website or a plurality of other websites by using same log-in information that is used for the particular website.

20. The mobile terminal of claim 16, wherein:

the at least one screen on standby is not displayed until the predetermined trigger operation is performed; and

the controller is further configured to cause the display to display an indicator indicating presence of the at least one screen on standby.
