a driver circuit operable to switch from a dimming mode to a universal voltage input mode based on a phase angle of the dimmer, wherein the digital dimmable driver system comprises at least one algorithm to determine a minimum output and a maximum output based on a minimum phase angle and a maximum phase angle; and
a power output operable to power a light.
