- loading an image to a social networking system;
receiving a tag comprising identification of an item visible in a region of the image;
based on the tag, correlating the item with a product;
posting the image to a social feed within the social networking system, the social feed comprising a set of photos related to the product;
receiving a scan from a user, the scan generated through a mobile computing device carried by the user;
correlating the scan with the product; and
displaying the image within a social networking interface accessible through a display of the mobile computing device.
