Abstract

This patent application relates to credibility techniques for allowing an entity to leverage its credibility in an automated, standardized, and convenient manner. A credibility manifestation (e.g. a credibility cube) is described for representing, managing, validating, and/or conveying the entity'"'"'s credibility profile to specific prospects. An automated credibility management system (CMS) is also described for creating and leveraging the credibility manifestation.

Claims

1. A credibility system, comprising:

at least one processor;

memory, and

at least one credibility manifestation configured to represent and convey an entity'"'"'s credibility profile to a prospect, the at least one credibility manifestation comprising at least one validated credibility claim about the entity'"'"'s credibility.

2. The credibility system of claim 1, wherein the at least one credibility manifestation comprises a credibility cube with at least one recorded credibility claim about the entity'"'"'s credibility profile.

3. The credibility system of claim 2, wherein the credibility cube comprises at least one reference side with at least one recorded response from a reference about the at least one recorded credibility claim.

4. The credibility system of claim 3, wherein the at least one validated credibility claim comprises the at least one recorded credibility claim and the at least one recorded response about the at least one recorded credibility claim.

5. The credibility system of claim 2, wherein the credibility cube further comprises a profile side configured to manage and represent the entity'"'"'s credibility profile and a personal message side configured to introduce the entity to the prospect.

6. The credibility system of claim 2, wherein the credibility cube further comprises a feedback side configured to convey feedback from the prospect to the entity.

7. The credibility system of claim 1, further comprising a credibility management system (CMS) configured to perform at least part of one or both of:

creating the at least one credibility manifestation or leveraging the credibility manifestation by electronically sending the credibility manifestation to the prospect.

8. The credibility system of claim 7, wherein the CMS comprises one or more tools configured to provide credibility coaching and management services to the entity, the one or more tools comprising one or both of:

a credibility wizard tool or a voice analysis tool.

9. A method of leveraging an entity'"'"'s credibility, the method comprising:

creating a credibility manifestation configured to represent and convey an entity'"'"'s credibility profile, the at least one credibility manifestation comprising at least one validated credibility claim about the entity'"'"'s credibility; and

electronically sending the credibility manifestation to a prospect.

10. The method of claim 9, wherein creating the credibility manifestation comprises:

preparing at least one credibility question; and

recording at least one response by the entity to the at least one credibility question as at least one credibility claim on the credibility manifestation.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein creating the credibility manifestation further comprises validating the at least one credibility claim.

12. The method of claim 11, wherein validating the at least one credibility claim comprises:

recording requests associated with the at least one response;

sending each of the recorded requests to a reference;

receiving one or more reference responses to the recorded requests;

selecting at least one of the one or more reference responses; and

including the at least one selected reference response on the credibility manifestation as the least one validated credibility claim.

13. The method of claim 11, wherein at least a portion of validating the at least one response is performed utilizing credibility coaching services provided by one or both of:

a credibility wizard tool or a voice analysis tool.

14. The method of claim 11, wherein the credibility manifestation comprises a credibility cube with at least one reference side configured to represent the least one validated credibility claim.

15. The method of claim 14, wherein the credibility cube comprises:

a service credibility cube, wherein the entity'"'"'s credibility profile is associated with a service provided by the entity;

a product credibility cube, wherein the entity'"'"'s credibility profile is associated with a product provided by the entity;

an opportunity credibility cube, wherein the entity'"'"'s credibility profile is associated with an opportunity provided by the entity;

or

an individual credibility cube, wherein the entity'"'"'s credibility profile is associated with an opportunity that the entity is seeking.

16. One or more computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more computing devices, cause the one or more computing devices to perform steps comprising:

determining a credibility cube type for a credibility cube, the credibility cube configured to represent and convey an entity'"'"'s credibility profile to a prospect;

preparing a credibility question associated with the credibility cube type;

asking an entity the credibility question and recording a response by the entity to the question on the credibility cube;

validating the recorded response on a reference side of the credibility cube; and

sending the credibility cube to the prospect.

17. The one or more computer-readable storage media of claim 16, wherein one or more of the steps is performed at least in part by credibility coaching services provided by one or both of:

a credibility wizard tool or voice analysis tool.

18. The one or more computer-readable storage media of claim 16, wherein preparing the credibility question comprises selecting and customizing a proposed draft credibility question.

19. The one or more computer-readable storage media of claim 16, wherein asking the entity the question and recording the response comprises one or more of:

providing the question and an explanation about why the question is important;

providing analysis and feedback regarding an initial response;

or

providing analysis and feedback regarding the recorded response;

20. The one or more computer-readable storage media of claim 16, wherein validating the recorded response comprises:

recording personalized requests associated with the recorded response;

sending each of the recorded personalized requests to a reference;

receiving responses to the personalized recorded requests;

selecting at least one of the received responses; and

including the at least one selected received response on the credibility cube.
