Abstract

A system and/or a method based on a scalable requirement, compliance and resource management methodology for designing a product/service, optimizing relevant processes and enhancing real time and/or near real time collaboration between many users. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology is further integrated with a fuzzy/neuro-fuzzy logic algorithm module and/or statistical algorithm module and/or weighting logic algorithm module and enhanced with a graphical user interface.

21. A computer system, wherein the computer system consisting of:

a premise based computer system and a cloud based computer system and wherein the computer system comprising;

one or more hardware processors in communication with a computer readable medium storing one or more software modules including instructions that are executable by the one or more hardware processors, wherein the software module comprises;

a requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software, wherein the requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software comprising;

(a) a set of instructions configured for collection of requirement inputs;

(b) a set of instructions configured for collection of compliance inputs;

(c) a set of instructions configured for analysis of requirement inputs;

(d) a set of instructions configured for analysis of compliance inputs;

(e) a set of instructions configured for generation of a requirement specification output;

(f) a set of instructions configured for generation of traceability;

(g) a set of instructions configured for generation of verification;

(h) a graphical user interface; and

(i) an application programming interface module configured for interfacing with a software program.

22. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, further comprises:

a set of instructions configured for collection of inputs, wherein the set of instructions are configured in a question and answer format.

23. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, is further configured for allocation of resources.

24. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, is further configured for optimization of resources.

25. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, is further configured for identification of a project risk element.

26. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, is further configured for identification of a constraint of a project.

27. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, is further configured with a fuzzy logic algorithm for imprecise interpretation of data.

28. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 27, is further configured with a neuro-fuzzy logic algorithm for imprecise interpretation of data.

29. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, is further configured with a statistical algorithm for consideration of variability of data.

30. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 29, is further configured with a Monte Carlo simulation algorithm for consideration of variability of data.

31. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, is further configured with a weighting logic algorithm for consideration of variables with normalized weighting factor.

32. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, is further configured with a query based user interface.

33. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 21, is further configured with a search based user interface.

34. A computer system, wherein the computer system consisting of:

a premise based computer system and a cloud based computer system and wherein the computer system comprising;

one or more hardware processors in communication with a computer readable medium storing one or more software modules including instructions that are executable by the one or more hardware processors, wherein the software module comprises;

a requirement, compliance and resource management methodology, wherein the requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software comprising;

(a) a set of instructions configured for collection of requirement inputs;

(b) a set of instructions configured for collection of compliance inputs;

(c) a set of instructions configured for analysis of requirement inputs;

(d) a set of instructions configured for analysis of compliance inputs;

(e) a set of instructions configured for generation of weighting factors;

(f) a set of instructions configured for generation of a requirement specification output;

(g) a set of instructions configured for generation of traceability;

(h) a set of instructions configured for generation of verification;

(i) a graphical user interface; and

(j) an application programming interface module for interfacing with a software program.

35. The requirement, compliance and resource management methodology software according to claim 34, further comprises:

a set of instructions configured for collection of inputs, wherein the set of instructions are configured in a question and answer format.

(c) a set of instructions configured for analysis of requirement inputs;

(d) a set of instructions configured for analysis of compliance inputs;

(e) a set of instructions selected from the group consisting of;

a risk variability analysis and a fuzzy logic for estimation of variability;

(f) a set of instructions configured for generation of a requirement specification output;

(g) a set of instructions configured for generation of traceability;

(h) a set of instructions configured for generation of verification;

(i) a graphical user interface; and

(j) an application programming interface module configured for interfacing with a software program.
