Abstract

A system, method, and computer-readable storage medium configured to facilitate user purpose in a computing architecture.

Claims

1. A computing method comprising:

formulating, with a computing arrangement, a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user;

performing a matching or other evaluation process set, between at least portion of the user purpose specification and at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively by plural stakeholders for their resources;

displaying or otherwise providing at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.

2. A method comprising:

formulating, at least in part with a first computing arrangement, a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user;

performing a matching or other evaluation process set, at least in part with a second computing arrangement, between at least a portion of the user purpose specification and information derived from at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively, at least in part, by plural stakeholders for their resources;

displaying or otherwise providing at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is further caused at least in part by an expert set.

183. The method of claim 2, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is the result, at least in part, of information provided to the at least one user that was created by an expert set.

4. A method comprising:

formulating, at least in part with a computing arrangement, a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user;

performing a matching or other evaluation process set, at least in part with the computing arrangement, between at least a portion of the user purpose specification and information derived from at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively, at least in part, by plural stakeholders for their resources;

displaying or otherwise providing at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is further caused at least in part by an expert set.

184. The method of claim 4, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is the result, at least in part, of information provided to the at least one user by that was created by an expert set.

6. A method of publishing a resource element comprising:

associating, with a computing arrangement, an operatively unique identifier for the resource element;

associating with the resource element a subject set, the subject set including operative data of the resource element, at least a portion of the operative data used as an operative resource component set of the resource element;

associating with the resource element a second identifier for identifying a publisher, creator, or provider of the resource;

associating with the resource element at least one specified resource associated purpose specification;

storing the resource element on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium.

7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:

using at least a portion the resource element in a manner responsive to a user purpose set process.

8. The method of claim 6, wherein the subject set has a second operatively unique identifier differing from the resource element.

9. A coherence method comprising:

specifying one or more resource sets provided for computing session processes;

publishing a plurality of separately sourced resource specifications available for use on one or more user set computing arrangements;

cohering separately sourced resource specifications to determine one or more combinations in accordance with user computing session intentions;

identifying or evaluating at least one of the one or more resource sets that may be available for use on the user sets computing arrangement as a result of the cohering;

provisioning at least a portion of an operating specification for the user set computing arrangement;

employing at least a portion of the provisioned operating specification to use for at least a portion of a user computing session.

10. A coherence method comprising:

specifying one or more resource sets provided for computing session processes;

publishing a plurality of separately sourced resource specifications available for use on one or more user set computing arrangements;

cohering separately sourced resource specifications to resolve to one or more combinations in accordance with user computing session intentions;

identifying or evaluating at least one of the one or more resource sets that may be available for use on the user sets computing arrangement as a result of the cohering;

provisioning at least a portion of an operating specification for the user set computing arrangement;

employing at least a portion of the provisioned operating specification to use for at least a portion of a user computing session.

11. A coherence method comprising:

identifying or evaluating one or more resource sets that may be available for use on a user set computing arrangement for at least in part supporting user purpose fulfillment;

cohering, at least in part as a result of user set actions, a plurality of separately sourced resource set specifications;

provisioning a resolved integration of plural resource set specifications as input to an operating specification for a user computing session;

interacting with a user interface elements provisioned as a result, at least in part, of the resolved operating specification.

12. A web service method comprising:

classifying at least a portion of a resource item at least in part in association with an information arrangement purpose related specification set;

specifying a user purpose specification associated with at least a portion of a computing session set;

identifying one or more resources through a correspondence of at least a portion of the user purpose specification with resource information stored within the information arrangement purpose related specification set;

provisioning the identified one or more resources in support of at least a portion of a user set computing session.

13. A method comprising:

receiving at least a portion of a subject matter section by a web service arrangement, the subject matter section being a resource set intended at least in part for a user set computing arrangement usage;

assessing at least a portion of the subject matter section and either;

(a) issuing an operatively unique identification information set that corresponds to an existing identified subject matter item or grouping, or (b) issuing an operatively unique new identification information set that identifies a new subject matter item or grouping;

communicating at least a portion of the issued subject matter information to the user set computing arrangement, providing the, or otherwise corresponding to the, operatively unique identifier information for the subject matter set.

14. A method comprising:

receiving at least a portion of a subject matter set for a resource set via a network;

assessing at least a portion of the at least a portion of a the subject matter set regarding its relationship with at least one of taxonomic or ontological information structures and either;

(a) issuing an operatively unique identifier that corresponds to an existing, identified subject matter item or grouping, or (b) issuing an operatively unique new identifier that establishes a new subject matter item or grouping;

communicating at least a portion of information corresponding at least in part to the issued subject matter information to the user set computing arrangement, providing at least part of, or identifier information corresponding to, the operatively unique identifier for the subject matter set.

15. A method of publishing a resource for a stakeholder, comprising:

associating elements with the resource including (a) an operatively unique identifier representing at least one resource publisher, (b) anticipated user purpose related specification information, and (c) resource subject matter, to at least in part create a published resource;

storing the published resource to a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium;

categorizing the published resource with regards to at least one of general or domain specific taxonomic or ontological arrangements, wherein at least a portion of the arrangements are organized at least in part in accordance to purpose based class cluster, or other ontological grouping information neighborhoods;

issuing classification information for the published resource to the stakeholder.

16. The method of claim 15, wherein the anticipated user purpose related specification information supports, at least in part, identification by users of computing arrangement resources that have a specification related correspondence with at least a portion of the user purpose specifications.

17. A method of publishing a resource for a stakeholder set, comprising:

associating elements with the resource including (a) an operatively unique identifier representing at least one resource publisher, (b) anticipated user purpose related specification information, and (c) resource subject matter, to at least in part create a published resource;

storing the published resource to a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium;

associating with the published resource operatively unique resource identifier information;

issuing registration information for the published resource to the stakeholder set.

18. The method of claim 17, wherein the anticipated user purpose related specification information supports at least in part identification by users of computing arrangement resources that have a specification related correspondence with at least a portion of user purpose specifications.

19. A method of publishing a resource for a stakeholder, comprising:

associating elements with the resource including (a) an operatively unique identifier representing at least one resource publisher, (b) anticipated user purpose related specification information, and (c) resource subject matter, to at least in part create a published resource;

categorizing the published resource with regards to general or domain specific taxonomic or ontological arrangements, wherein at least a portions of the arrangements are organized in accordance to groupings established by predetermined classification arrangements;

associating with the published resource an operatively unique resource identifier information;

storing the published resource to a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium.

20. The method of claim 19, wherein the predetermined classification arrangements are established, at least in part, by general or domain specific experts.

21. A method comprising:

establishing, at least in part, a standardized, interoperable user purpose related specification arrangement;

using at least a portion of the standardized, interoperable user purpose related specification arrangement to stipulate specifications having at least one generalization property employing at least in part at least one standardized purpose specification facet;

matching resource related purpose specification information having some generalization information with associated at least a portion of user set purpose specification having some generalization information to determine at least one useful resource.

22. A system comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to formulate a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user, and to perform a matching or other evaluation process set, between at least portion of the user purpose specification and at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively by plural stakeholders for their resources;

a display configured to display at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.

23. A system comprising:

a first computing arrangement configured to formulate, at least in part a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user;

a second computing arrangement configured to perform a matching or other evaluation process set, between at least a portion of the user purpose specification and information derived from at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively, at least in part, by plural stakeholders for their resources;

a display configured to display at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.

24. The system of claim 23, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is further caused at least in part by an expert set.

185. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is the result, at least in part, of information provided to the at least one user that was created by an expert set.

25. An apparatus comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to formulate at least in part a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user, and to performing a matching or other evaluation process set between at least a portion of the user purpose specification and information derived from at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively, at least in part, by plural stakeholders for their resources;

a display configured to display at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.

26. The apparatus of claim 25, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is further caused at least in part by an expert set.

186. The apparatus of claim 25, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is the result, at least in part, of information provided to the at least one user by that was created by an expert set.

27. An apparatus to publish a resource element comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to;

associate an operatively unique identifier for the resource element;

associate with the resource element a subject set, the subject set including operative data of the resource element, at least a portion of the operative data used as an operative resource component set of the resource element,

associate with the resource element a second identifier for identifying a publisher, creator, or provider of the resource, and

associate with the resource element at least one specified resource associated purpose specification;

a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium configured to store the resource element.

28. The apparatus of claim 27, further comprising:

using at least a portion the resource element in a manner responsive to a user purpose set process.

29. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein the subject set has a second operatively unique identifier differing from the resource element.

30. A coherence apparatus comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to specify one or more resource sets provided for computing session processes;

a network interface configured to publish a plurality of separately sourced resource specifications available for use on one or more user set computing arrangements;

wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to cohere separately sourced resource specifications to determine one or more combinations in accordance with user computing session intentions, identifying at least one of the one or more resource sets that may be available for use on the user sets computing arrangement as a result of the cohering, provision at least a portion of an operating specification for the user set computing arrangement, and employ at least a portion of the provisioned operating specification to use for at least a portion of a user computing session.

31. A coherence apparatus comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to specify one or more resource sets provided for computing session processes;

a network interface configured to publish a plurality of separately sourced resource specifications available for use on one or more user set computing arrangements;

wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to cohere separately sourced resource specifications to resolve to one or more combinations in accordance with user computing session intentions, identify or evaluate at least one of the one or more resource sets that may be available for use on the user sets computing arrangement as a result of the cohering, provisioning at least a portion of an operating specification for the user set computing arrangement, and employ at least a portion of the provisioned operating specification to use for at least a portion of a user computing session.

32. A coherence apparatus comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to identifying or evaluating one or more resource sets that may be available for use on a user set computing arrangement for at least in part supporting user purpose fulfillment, cohere a plurality of separately sourced resource set specifications, and provision a resolved integration of plural resource set specifications as input to an operating specification for a user computing session;

a display configured to display user interface elements provisioned as a result, at least in part, of the resolved operating specification.

33. A web service system comprising:

one or more resources;

a first computing arrangement configured to classify at least a portion of the one or more resources at least in part in association with an information arrangement purpose related specification set, specify a user purpose specification associated with at least a portion of a computing session set, identify the one or more resources through a correspondence of at least a portion of the user purpose related specification set with resource information stored within the information arrangement purpose specification, and provision the identified one or more resources in support of at least a portion of a user set computing session.

34. An apparatus comprising:

a network interface configured to receive at least a portion of a subject matter section by a web service arrangement, the subject matter section being a resource set intended at least in part for a user set computing arrangement usage;

a computing arrangement configured to assess at least a portion of the subject matter section and either;

(a) issuing an operatively unique identification information set that corresponds to an existing identified subject matter item or grouping, or (b) issuing an operatively unique new identification information set that identifies establishes a new subject matter item or grouping;

wherein the network interface is further configured to communicate at least a portion of the issued subject matter information to the user set computing arrangement, providing the, or otherwise corresponding to the, operatively unique identifier information for the subject matter set.

35. An apparatus comprising:

a network interface configured to receive at least a portion of a subject matter set for a resource set;

a computing arrangement configured to assess at least a portion of the at least a portion of the subject matter set regarding its relationship with at least one of taxonomic or ontological information structures and either;

(a) issuing an operatively unique identifier that corresponds to an existing, identified subject matter item or grouping, or (b) issuing an operatively unique new identifier that establishes a new subject matter item or grouping;

wherein the network interface is further configured to communicate at least a portion information corresponding at least in part to the issued subject matter information to the user set computing arrangement, providing at least part of, or identifier information corresponding to, the operatively unique identifier for the subject matter set.

36. An apparatus to publishing a resource for a stakeholder, comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to associate elements with the resource including (a) an operatively unique identifier representing at least one resource publisher, (b) anticipated user purpose related specification information, and (c) resource subject matter, to at least in part create a published resource;

a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium configured to store the published resource,

the computing arrangement further configured to categorize the published resource with regards to at least one of general or domain specific taxonomic or ontological arrangements, wherein at least a portion of the arrangements are organized at least in part in accordance to purpose based class, cluster, or other ontological grouping information neighborhoods;

a network interface configured to issue classification information for the published resource to the stakeholder.

37. The apparatus of claim 36, wherein the anticipated user purpose related specification information supports, at least in part, identification by users of computing arrangement resources that have a specification related correspondence with at least a portion of the user purpose specifications.

38. An apparatus to publish a resource for a stakeholder set, comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to associate elements with the resource with elements including (a) an operatively unique identifier representing at least one resource publisher, (b) anticipated user purpose related specification information, and (c) resource subject matter, to at least in part create a published resource;

a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium configured to store the published resource;

wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to associate with the published resource operatively unique resource identifier information;

a network interface configured to issue registration information for the published resources to the stakeholder set.

39. The apparatus of claim 38, wherein the anticipated user purpose related specification information supports at least in part identification by users of computing arrangement resources that have a specification related correspondence with at least a portion of user purpose specifications.

40. An apparatus of publishing a resource for a stakeholder, comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to associating elements with the resource including (a) an operatively unique identifier representing at least one for resource publisher, (b) anticipated user purpose related specification information, and (c) resource subject matter, to at least in part create a published resource;

the computing arrangement being further configured to categorize the published resource with regards to general or domain specific taxonomic or ontological arrangements, wherein at least a portions of the arrangements are organized in accordance to groupings established by predetermined classification arrangements; and

the computing arrangement is configured to associate with the published resource an operatively unique resource identifier information;

a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium configured to store the published resource.

41. The apparatus of claim 40, wherein the predetermined classification arrangements are established, at least in part, by general or domain specific experts.

42. A system comprising:

a non-transitory computer readable storage medium configured to store, at least in part, a standardized, interoperable user purpose related specification arrangement;

a computing arrangement configured to use at least a portion of the standardized, interoperable user purpose related specification arrangement to stipulate specifications having at least one generalization property employing at least in part at least one standardized purpose specification facets, and to match resource related purpose specification information having some generalization information with associated at least a portion of user set purpose specification having some generalization information to determine at least one useful resource.

43. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

formulate, with a computing arrangement, a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user;

perform a matching or other evaluation process set, between at least portion of the user purpose specification and at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively by plural stakeholders for their resources;

display or otherwise provide at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.

44. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

formulate, at least in part with a first computing arrangement, a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user;

perform a matching or other evaluation process set, at least in part with a second computing arrangement, between at least a portion of the user purpose specification and information derived from at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively, at least in part, by plural stakeholders for their resources;

display or otherwise provide at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.

45. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 44, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is further caused at least in part by an expert set.

187. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 44, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is the result, at least in part, of information provided to the at least one user that was created by an expert set.

46. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

formulate, at least in part with a computing arrangement, a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user;

perform a matching or other evaluation process set, at least in part with the computing arrangement, between at least a portion of the user purpose specification and information derived from at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively, at least in part, by plural stakeholders for their resources;

display or otherwise provide at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.

47. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 46, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is further caused at least in part by an expert set.

188. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 46, wherein formulating the specification that forms at least one user purpose specification is the result, at least in part, of information provided to the at least one user by that was created by an expert set.

48. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

associate, with a computing arrangement, an operatively unique identifier for the resource element;

associate with the resource element a subject set, the subject set including operative data of the resource element, at least a portion of the operative data used as an operative resource component set of the resource element;

associate with the resource element a second identifier for identifying a publisher, creator, or provider of the resource;

associate with the resource element at least one specified resource associated purpose specification;

store the resource element on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium.

49. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 48, further causing the computing device to:

use at least a portion the resource element in a manner responsive to user purpose set process.

50. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 49, wherein the subject set has a second operatively unique identifier differing from the resource element.

51. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

specify one or more resource sets provided for computing session processes;

publish a plurality of separately sourced resource specifications available for use on one or more user set computing arrangements;

cohere separately sourced resource specifications to determine one or more combinations in accordance with user computing session intentions;

identify or evaluate at least one of the one or more resource sets that may be available for use on the user sets computing arrangement as a result of the cohering;

provision at least a portion of an operating specification for the user set computing arrangement;

employ at least a portion of the provisioned operating specification to use for at least a portion of a user computing session.

52. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

specify one or more resource sets provided for computing session processes;

publish a plurality of separately sourced resource specifications available for use on one or more user set computing arrangements;

cohere separately sourced resource specifications to resolve to one or more combinations in accordance with user computing session intentions;

identify or evaluate at least one of the one or more resource sets that may be available for use on the user sets computing arrangement as a result of the cohering;

provision at least a portion of an operating specification for the user set computing arrangement;

employ at least a portion of the provisioned operating specification to use for at least a portion of a user computing session.

53. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

identify or evaluate one or more resource sets that may be available for use on a user set computing arrangement for at least in part for supporting user purpose fulfillment;

cohere, at least in part as a result of user set actions, a plurality of separately sourced resource set specifications;

provision a resolved integration of plural resource set specifications as input to an operating specification for a user computing session;

interact with a user interface elements provisioned as a result, at least in part, of the resolved operating specification.

54. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

classify at least a portion of a resource item at least in part in association with an information arrangement purpose related specification set;

specify a user purpose specification associated with at least a portion of a computing session set;

identify one or more resources through a correspondence of at least a portion of the user purpose specification with resource information stored within the information arrangement purpose related specification set;

provision the identified one or more resources in support of at least a portion of a user set computing session.

55. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

receive at least a portion of a subject matter section by a web service arrangement, the subject matter section being a resource set intended at least in part for a user set computing arrangement usage;

assess at least a portion of the subject matter section and either;

(a) issuing an operatively unique identification information set that corresponds to an existing identified subject matter item or grouping, or (b) issuing an operatively unique new identification information set that identifies a new subject matter item or grouping;

communicate at least a portion of the issued subject matter information to the user set computing arrangement, providing the, or otherwise corresponding to the, operatively unique identifier information for the subject matter set.

56. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

receive at least a portion of a subject matter set for a resource set via a network;

assess at least a portion of the at least a portion of the subject matter set regarding its relationship with at least one of taxonomic or ontological information structures and either;

(a) issuing an operatively unique identifier that corresponds to an existing, identified subject matter item or grouping, or (b) issuing an operatively unique new identifier that establishes a new subject matter item or grouping;

communicate at least a portion of information corresponding at least in part to the issued subject matter information to the user set computing arrangement, providing at least part of, or identifier information corresponding to, the operatively unique identifier for the subject matter set.

57. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

associating elements with the resource including (a) an operatively unique identifier representing at least one for resource publisher, (b) anticipated user purpose related specification information, and (c) resource subject matter, to at least in part create a published resource;

storing the published resource to a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium;

categorizing the published resource with regards to at least one of general or domain specific taxonomic or ontological arrangements, wherein at least a portion of the arrangements are organized at least in part in accordance to purpose based class, cluster, or other ontological grouping information neighborhoods;

issuing classification information for the published resource to the stakeholder.

The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 57, wherein the anticipated user purpose related specification information supports, at least in part, identification by users of computing arrangement resources that have a specification related correspondence with at least a portion of the user purpose specifications.

59. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions causing the computing device to:

associate elements with the resource including (a) an operatively unique identifier representing at least one resource publisher, (b) anticipated user purpose related specification information, and (c) resource subject matter, to at least in part create a published resource;

store the published resource to a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium;

associate with the published resource operatively unique resource identifier information;

issue registration information for the published resources to the stakeholder set.

The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 59, wherein the anticipated user purpose related specification information supports at least in part identification by users of computing arrangement resources that have a specification related correspondence with at least a portion of user purpose specifications.

categorize the published resource with regards to general or domain specific taxonomic or ontological arrangements, wherein at least a portions of the arrangements are organized in accordance to groupings established by predetermined classification arrangements;

associate with the published resource an operatively unique resource identifier information;

store the published resource to a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium.

62. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 61, wherein the predetermined classification arrangements are established, at least in part, by general or domain specific experts.

employing at least a portion of the assertion information arrangement to evaluate computing resources for use by diverse users requesting evaluations of resources based on differing portions of the information environment content.

performing the evaluation at least in part in accordance with a user selected resource set, wherein the evaluation employs a user selected metric.

performing the evaluation at least in part in accordance with a user selected resource set, wherein the performing involves, at least in part, the evaluation of the resource set as relates to a user selected performance criteria.

198. The method of claim 197, further comprising:

aggregating, at least in part, plural assertions about the same subject matter;

basing the aggregating of plural assertions at least in part on values associated with the same assertion type.

199. The method of claim 198, further comprising:

using standardized assertion types where at least one assertion type is associated with a value or value range and the type/value combination is associated with the subject matter of the assertion.

200. The method of claim 199, further comprising:

enabling a user to select a standardized assertion type and a standardized associated value or value range.

a computing arrangement configured to receive an information set, including at least in part a repute expression set, resulting at least in part from user input;

the computing arrangement further configured to identify a resource set using a processing arrangement, the identifying based at least in part on least a portion of the repute expression set;

a display configured to display at least a portion of the identified resource set to at least in part contribute to user purpose fulfillment.

a computing arrangement configured to receive an information set, including at least in part a purpose expression set based at least in part on user input;

the computing arrangement further configured to identify a resource set using a processing arrangement, the identifying based at least in part on least a portion of the purpose expression set;

a network interface configured to communicate to a user set information regarding at least a portion of the identified resource set, wherein at least a portion of the communicated information at least in part contributes to user purpose fulfillment.

a computing arrangement configured to receive an information set, including at least in part standardized expression information including repute information resulting at least in part from user input, to identify or evaluate a resource set using at least in part a web service processing arrangement, the identifying based at least in part on least a portion of the standardized information set;

a display configured to display at least a portion of the identified or evaluated resource set to at least in part contribute to user resource evaluation.

a computing arrangement configured to receive specification sets from different parties, cohere at least portions of at least two received specification sets to produce a cohered specification set, to provide at least a portion of the cohered specification set to a user;

a display configured to display at least a portion of the cohered specification set at a user location.

205. An assertion apparatus comprising:

a computing arrangement configured to employ a standardized assertion arrangement;

to supporting differing assertions from diverse users using at least in part standardized assertion types and values;

to enable at least a portion of the diverse users to specify, using at least a portion of the standardized assertion arrangement, at least one standardized assertion type and at least one associated value, whereby the combination of the at least one type and the at least one value is associated with at least one user specified assertion purpose or focus;

a network interface configured to receive plural differing assertion communications from at least a portion of the diverse users;

wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to interpret at least a portion of the respective, received, differing assertions, including identifying at least a portion of their respective user specified assertion purposes or focuses.

The apparatus of claim 205, wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to employ at least a portion of the interpreted information to make available to users as an assertion information arrangement comprised at least in part of plural differing assertions, wherein the information environment is at least in part organized based upon the user specified assertion purposes or focuses;

The apparatus of claim 206, wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to employ at least a portion of the assertion information arrangement to evaluate computing resources for use by diverse users requesting evaluations of resources based on differing portions of the information environment content.

208. The apparatus of claim 207, wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to perform the evaluation at least in part in accordance with a user selected resource set, wherein the evaluation employs a user selected metric.

The apparatus of claim 208, wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to perform the evaluation at least in part in accordance with a user selected resource set, wherein the performing involves, at least in part, the evaluation of the resource set as relates to a user selected performance criteria.

210. The apparatus of claim 209, wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to aggregate, at least in part, plural assertions about the same subject matter;

basing the aggregating of plural assertions at least in part on values associated with the same assertion type.

211. The apparatus of claim 210, wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to standardized assertion types where at least one assertion type is associated with a value or value range and the type/value combination is associated with the subject matter of the assertion.

212. The apparatus of claim 211, wherein the computing arrangement is further configured to enable a user to select a standardized assertion type and a standardized associated value or value range.

213. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions cause the computing device to:

receive an information set, including at least in part a repute expression set, resulting at least in part from user input;

identify resource set using a processing arrangement, the identifying based at least in part on least a portion of the repute expression set;

use at least a portion of the identified resource set to at least in part contribute to user purpose fulfillment.

214. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium encoded with data and instructions, when executed by a computing device the instructions cause the computing device to:

receive an information set, including at least in part a purpose expression set based at least in part on user input;

identify a resource set using a processing arrangement, the identifying based at least in part on least a portion of the purpose expression set;

communicate to a user set information regarding at least a portion of the identified resource set, wherein at least a portion of the communicated information at least in part contributes to user purpose fulfillment.

receive an information set, including at least in part standardized expression information including repute information resulting at least in part from user input;

identify or evaluate a resource set using at least in part a web service processing arrangement, the identifying based at least in part on least a portion of the standardized information set;

use at least a portion of the identified or evaluated resource set to at least in part contribute to user resource evaluation.

employ a standardized assertion arrangement;

support differing assertions from diverse users using at least in part standardized assertion types and values;

enable at least a portion of the diverse users to specify, using at least a portion of the standardized assertion arrangement, at least one standardized assertion type and at least one associated value, whereby the combination of the at least one type and the at least one value is associated with at least one user specified assertion purpose or focus;

receive plural differing assertion communications from at least a portion of the diverse users;

interpret at least a portion of the respective, received, differing assertions, including identifying at least a portion of their respective user specified assertion purposes or focuses.

employ at least a portion of the interpreted information to make available to users as an assertion information arrangement comprised at least in part of plural differing assertions, wherein the information environment is at least in part organized based upon the user specified assertion purposes or focuses;

employ at least a portion of the assertion information arrangement to evaluate computing resources for use by diverse users requesting evaluations of resources based on differing portions of the information environment content.
