Abstract

There is provided a terminal control system including: a first terminal; a second terminal connected to the first terminal by short-distance wireless communication; and a server on a network connected to the second terminal via a communication link, in which the server includes: a storage unit which stores predetermined information to be detected by the first terminal and a sequence of processing commands to be executed by the second terminal in a manner such that the information and the processing commands are related to each other; and a terminal control unit sends the sequence of processing commands to the second terminal with reference to the storage unit so as to allow the second terminal to execute the processing commands in response to receiving the predetermined information from the first terminal via the second terminal.

Claims

1. A terminal control system, comprising:

a first terminal;

a second terminal connected to the first terminal by short-distance wireless communication; and

a server on a network connected to the second terminal via a communication link, wherein

the server includes;

a storage unit which stores predetermined information to be detected by the first terminal and a sequence of processing commands to be executed by the second terminal in a manner such that the information and the commands are related to each other; and

a terminal control unit which sends the sequence of processing commands to the second terminal with reference to the storage unit so as to allow the second terminal to execute the processing commands in response to receiving the predetermined information from the first terminal via the second terminal.

2. The terminal control system according to claim 1, wherein

the first terminal has a voice input function of inputting voice of a user as the predetermined information, and

the server receives via the second terminal the predetermined voice input by the first terminal using the voice input function, and then sends the sequence of processing commands to the second terminal with reference to the storage unit so as to allow the second terminal to execute the processing commands.

3. The terminal control system according to claim 1, wherein

the first terminal has a motion detecting function of detecting an action of a user as the predetermined information, and

the server receives via the second terminal the predetermined action detected by the first terminal using the motion detecting function, and then sends the sequence of processing commands to the second terminal with reference to the storage unit so as to allow the second terminal to execute the processing commands.

4. The terminal control system according to claim 3, wherein

the first terminal has a position detecting function of detecting a current position of the user as an action detection of the user, and

the server receives the predetermined position information detected by the first terminal using the position detecting function, and then sends the sequence of processing commands to the second terminal with reference to the storage unit so as to allow the second terminal to execute the processing commands.

5. The terminal control system according to claim 1, wherein the first terminal has a shape such that a user can wear the first terminal.

6. A method in which in a system including a first terminal, a second terminal connected to the first terminal by short-distance wireless communication, and a server connected to the second terminal via a communication link, the server controls the second terminal,

the method comprising the steps of:

storing, into a memory of the server, predetermined information to be detected by the first terminal and a sequence of processing commands to be executed by the second terminal in a manner such that the information and the commands are related to each other;

receiving the predetermined information detected by the first terminal via the second terminal; and

sending the sequence of processing commands to the second terminal with reference to the memory so as to allow the second terminal to execute the processing commands, when the predetermined information is received.

7. The method according to claim 6, wherein

the first terminal has a voice input function of inputting voice of a user as the predetermined information, and

when the predetermined voice input by the first terminal using the voice input function is received via the second terminal in the step in which the sequence of processing commands are to be sent, the processing commands are sent to the second terminal with reference to the memory so that the second terminal executes the processing commands.

8. The method according to claim 6, wherein

the first terminal has a motion detecting function of detecting an action of a user as the predetermined information, and

when the predetermined action detected by the first terminal using the motion detecting function is received via the second terminal in the step where the sequence of processing commands are to be sent, the processing commands are sent to the second terminal with reference to the memory so that the second terminal executes the processing commands.

9. The method according to claim 8, wherein

the first terminal has a position detecting function of detecting a current position of the user as an action detection of the user, and

when the position information detected by the first terminal using the position detecting function is received in the step where the sequence of processing commands are to be sent, the processing commands are sent to the second terminal with reference to the memory so that the second terminal executes the processing commands.

10. An electronic device for use in a system, the system including a server on a network and a communication terminal device connected for communication to the server, the electronic device comprising:

an input unit which inputs predetermined information corresponding to a sequence of processing commands that the server sends to the communication terminal device; and

a communication unit which outputs the predetermine information input by the input unit to the communication terminal device by short-distance wireless communication so that the predetermined information is sent to the server via the communication terminal device.

11. The electronic device according to claim 10, wherein the electronic device has a shape such that a user can wear the electronic device.

12. The electronic device according to claim 11, wherein the input unit has a voice input part that inputs voice of the user as the predetermined information.

13. The electronic device according to claim 11, wherein the input unit includes a motion detection sensor that detects an action of the user as the predetermined information.
