a storage unit, configured to store an operating system and an application;
an image-capturing unit, configured to capture a facial image of the user; and
a processing unit, configured to execute the application in the operating system, wherein the application analyzes a change of the color of the user'"'"'s eye in the facial image, and determines whether the user is in a fatigue state based on the analysis result; and
when it is determined that the user is in the fatigue state, the application prompts the display unit to present a warning window.
