- a database configured to associate a particular wireless device with at least one geographic area;
a speed determiner configured to determine a change in location over time of the particular wireless device relative to the at least one geographic area; and
an area watcher to selectively output a trigger message from a plurality of trigger messages for the a geographic area, the trigger message being selected from the plurality of trigger messages based on the determined change in location over time of the particular wireless device upon the particular wireless device one or more of entering and exiting the geographic area.

Abstract
The invention provides methods and compositions that improve the success of organ transplantation. The methods and compositions are directed to exposing a desired organ to stem cells prior to, during, and/or after transplantation. In one embodiment, the stem cells reduce the deleterious effects of ischemia on an organ designated to be harvested for transplantation or that has been harvested for transplantation. In another embodiment in which an organ designated for transplantation is perfused ex vivo, the method involves reducing ischemic reperfusion injury by perfusing the organ with a medium that contains stem cells.

establishing a watched geographic area; monitoring location information of a plurality of wireless devices; monitoring a change in location over time of a given wireless device of the plurality of wireless devices relative to the watched geographic area; selecting an area watch message from the plurality of area watch messages based on the monitored change in location over time of the wireless device upon detection of the given wireless device at least one of entering and exiting the watched geographic area; and providing the selected watch message to the given wireless device. - View Dependent Claims (6, 7, 8, 9, 10)
