determining an account type for which a user is performing an assessment; retrieving a set of account flow elements based on the determined account type; receiving a set of user authentication data; retrieving a set of user profile data based on the authentication data; and directing the user through the set of flow elements to provide an analysis for the assessment, wherein said determining, retrieving the set of account flow elements, receiving, retrieving the set of user profile data, and said directing are performed by a web-based management program executing on a process of a computing device.
