1. A method for operating a computer system, the method comprising:
- accessing business operational performance data corresponding to each of a plurality of workers;
calculating a value corresponding to each of one or more metrics for each of the plurality of workers, using the business operational performance data;
for each of the plurality of workers, comparing the value corresponding to each of the one or more metrics to one or more respective thresholds;
automatically assigning training to members of the plurality of workers, based upon the comparisons; and
tracking enrollment, progress, and completion of assigned training by the plurality of workers.

15. A non-transitory computer-readable medium having a number of code sections, each code section comprising a plurality of instructions executable by one or more processors of a computer system, the instructions causing the one or more processors to perform the steps of a method, the method comprising:
-
accessing business operational performance data corresponding to each of a plurality of workers; calculating a value corresponding to each of one or more metrics for each of the plurality of workers, using the business operational performance data; for each of the plurality of workers, comparing the value corresponding to each of the one or more metrics to one or more respective thresholds; automatically assigning training to members of the plurality of workers, based upon the comparisons; and tracking enrollment, progress, and completion of assigned training by the plurality of workers. - View Dependent Claims (16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21)
