Abstract

The invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for transmitting control information. The wireless communication system may support carrier aggregation (CA). A method for transmitting control information to a base station by a terminal in a wireless communication system according to one aspect of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving at least one of either a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from said base station via at least one serving cell provided on the terminal; and transmitting, to said base station, control information on the reception of said PDCCH or on the reception of said PDSCH indicated by the PDCCH. Said at least one serving cell may use a frequency division duplex (FDD) frame structure or a time division duplex (TDD) frame structure. Said control information may be transmitted using a control information feedback timing of a first serving cell determined in accordance with a preset criterion from said at least one serving cell.

Claims

1. A method for transmitting control information to a base station by a user equipment in a wireless communication system, comprising:

receiving at least one of PDCCH (physical downlink control channel) and PDSCH (physical downlink shared channel) from the base station via at least one serving cell configured for the user equipment; and

transmitting the control information in response to receiving of the PDCCH or the PDSCH indicated by the PDCCH to the base station,

wherein the at least one serving cell uses a FDD (frequency division duplex) frame structure or a TDD (time division duplex) frame structure, and

wherein the control information is transmitted at a control information feedback timing of a first serving cell determined according to a predetermined criteria among the at least one serving cell.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the control information is transmitted at a control information feedback timing of a serving cell using the FDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the control information is transmitted at a control information feedback timing of a serving cell using the TDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the control information is transmitted via PUCCH (physical uplink control channel) of the serving cell using the TDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell.

5. The method of claim 3, wherein the control information is transmitted via PUCCH (physical uplink control channel) of a serving cell using the FDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell.

6. The method of claim 3, wherein control information related to a first serving cell using the TDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell is transmitted via one of the first serving cell and wherein control information related to a second serving cell using the FDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell is transmitted via one of the second serving cell.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein the control information is transmitted at a control information feedback timing of a primary cell among the at least one serving cell.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the control information is transmitted via PUCCH (physical uplink control channel) of the primary cell.

9. The method of claim 1, wherein the control information is multiplexed or bundled to be transmitted.

10. The method of claim 9, wherein the control information is multiplexed or bundled to be transmitted according to a payload of the control information.

11. A user equipment for transmitting control information to a base station in a wireless communication system, comprising:

a reception module configured to receive at least one of PDCCH (physical downlink control channel) and PDSCH (physical downlink shared channel) from the base station via at least one serving cell configured for the user equipment;

a transmission module configured to transmit the control information in response to receiving of the PDCCH or the PDSCH indicated by the PDCCH to the base station; and

a processor configured to control the at least one serving cell to use a FDD (frequency division duplex) frame structure or a TDD (time division duplex) frame structure, and control the control information to be transmitted at a control information feedback timing of a first serving cell determined according to a predetermined criteria among the at least one serving cell.

12. The user equipment of claim 11, wherein the processor is configured to control the control information to be transmitted at a control information feedback timing of a serving cell using the FDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell.

13. The user equipment of claim 11, wherein the processor is configured to control the control information to be transmitted at a control information feedback timing of a serving cell using the TDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell.

14. The user equipment of claim 13, wherein the processor is configured to control the control information to be transmitted via PUCCH (physical uplink control channel) of the serving cell using the TDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell.

15. The user equipment of claim 13, wherein the processor is configured to control the control information to be transmitted via PUCCH (physical uplink control channel) of a serving cell using the FDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell.

16. The user equipment of claim 13, wherein the processor is configured to control information related to a first serving cell using the TDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell to be transmitted via one of the first serving cell, and wherein the processor is configured to control information related to a second serving cell using the FDD frame structure among the at least one serving cell to be transmitted via one of the second serving cell.

17. The user equipment of claim 11, wherein the processor is configured to control the control information to be transmitted at a control information feedback timing of a primary cell among the at least one serving cell.

18. The user equipment of claim 17, wherein the processor is configured to control the control information to be transmitted via PUCCH (physical uplink control channel) of the primary cell.
