An anisotropic light diffusion film comprising a first louver structure region and a second louver structure region, in which plural plate-shaped regions having different refractive indices are alternately arranged in parallel along any one direction along the film plane, sequentially from the lower side along the film thickness direction,wherein the anisotropic light diffusion film comprises an overlapping structure region in which the upper end of the first louver structure region and the lower end of the second louver structure region overlap each other.
