Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a mobile communication system, a detection server, a control apparatus, a mobile communication apparatus, a network optimizing method, and a program which can execute optimization of network processing based on a change of use characteristics. A mobile communication system according to the present invention includes: a detection server that detects a characteristics change of a mobile communication apparatus based on an event notice transmitted from the mobile communication apparatus; and a control apparatus that determines control contents related to the mobile communication apparatus based on the characteristics change of the mobile communication apparatus detected by the detection server, and sets the determined control contents to a processing node that executes data transfer processing between the mobile communication apparatus and another mobile communication apparatus or control processing related to the data transfer processing.

Claims

1. A mobile communication system comprising:

a detection server that detects a characteristics change of a mobile terminal based on an event notice transmitted from the mobile terminal; and

a control apparatus that determines control contents related to the mobile terminal based on the characteristics change of the mobile terminal detected by the detection server, and sets the determined control contents to a processing node that executes data transfer processing between the mobile terminal and another mobile terminal or control processing related to the data transfer processing.

2. The mobile communication system according to claim 1, wherein the event notice includes at least one of information of a user operation of the mobile terminal and sensor information detected by the mobile terminal.

3. The mobile communication system according to claim 1, wherein the characteristics change includes at least one of a behavior change of the mobile terminal and a communication situation change of the mobile terminal.

4. The mobile communication system according to claim 3, wherein

the behavior change indicates move start and move stop of the mobile terminal, and

the communication situation change includes at least one of a change of a communication interval and a change of a communication band of the mobile terminal.

5. The mobile communication system according to claim 1, wherein the detection server detects the characteristics change of a mobile terminal registered in advance as a monitoring target.

6. The mobile communication system according to claim 1, wherein the detection server associates in advance and manages the mobile terminal and the characteristics change that needs to be detected by the mobile terminal.

The mobile communication system according to claim 1, wherein the detection server includes a characteristics change detecting database that associates and stores the event notice and the characteristics change, and, when receiving the event notice from the mobile terminal, extracts the characteristics change associated with the received event notice.

The mobile communication system according to claim 1, wherein the control apparatus includes a control contents detecting database that associates and stores the characteristics change and the control contents related to the mobile terminal, and extracts the control contents associated with the characteristics change regarding which a notification has been transmitted from the detection server.

16. A mobile terminal that can connect to the mobile communication system according to claim 1.

9. A detection server comprising:

a detecting unit that detects a characteristics change of a mobile terminal based on an event notice transmitted from the mobile terminal; and

a notifying unit that transmits a notification about the detected characteristics change to a control apparatus that determines control contents related to the mobile terminal based on the characteristics change of the mobile terminal, and sets the determined control contents to a processing node that executes data transfer processing between the mobile terminal and another mobile terminal or control processing related to the data transfer processing.

10. The detection server according to claim 9, wherein the detecting unit detects the characteristics change of a mobile terminal registered in advance as a monitoring target.

11. The detection server according to claim 9, further comprising a characteristics change detecting database that associates and stores the event notice and the characteristics change,

wherein, when receiving the event notice from the mobile terminal, the detecting unit extracts the characteristics change associated with the received event notice, from the characteristics change detecting database.

12. The detection server according to claim 11, wherein the characteristics change detecting database associates in advance and manages the mobile terminal and the characteristics change that needs to be detected by the mobile terminal.

13. A control apparatus comprising:

a control unit that receives a characteristics change of a mobile terminal detected based on an event notice transmitted from the mobile terminal, and determines control contents related to the mobile terminal based on the characteristics change; and

a notifying unit that transmits a notification about the determined control contents to a processing node that executes data transfer processing between the mobile terminal and another mobile terminal or control processing related to the data transfer processing.

14. The control apparatus according to claim 13, further comprising a control contents detecting database that associates and stores the characteristics change and the control contents related to the mobile terminal,

wherein the control unit extracts the control contents associated with the received characteristics change.

15. A mobile terminal comprising:

a detecting unit that detects a characteristics change of a mobile terminal based on an event notice transmitted from the mobile terminal; and

a notify unit that transmits a notification about the detected characteristics change to a control apparatus that determines control contents related to the mobile terminal based on the characteristics change of the mobile terminal, and sets the determined control contents to a processing node that executes data transfer processing between the mobile terminal and another mobile terminal or control processing related to the data transfer processing.

17. A network optimizing method comprising:

detecting a characteristics change of a mobile terminal based on an event notice transmitted from the mobile terminal;

determining control contents related to the mobile terminal based on the detected characteristics change of the mobile terminal; and

setting the determined control contents to a processing node that executes data transfer processing between the mobile terminal and another mobile terminal or control processing related to the data transfer processing.

18. A non-transitory computer readable medium having a program stored thereon, the program causing a computer to execute:

a step of detecting a characteristics change of a mobile terminal based on an event notice transmitted from the mobile terminal; and

a step of transmitting a notification about the detected characteristics change to a control apparatus that determines control contents related to the mobile terminal based on the characteristics change of the mobile terminal, and sets the determined control contents to a processing node that executes data transfer processing between the mobile terminal and another mobile terminal or control processing related to the data transfer processing.

19. A non-transitory computer readable medium having a program stored thereon, the program causing a computer to execute:

a step of determining control contents related to a mobile terminal based on a characteristics change of the mobile terminal based on an event notice transmitted from the mobile terminal; and

a step of transmitting a notification about the determined control contents to a processing node that executes data transfer processing between the mobile terminal and another mobile terminal or control processing related to the data transfer processing.
