Abstract

An information provision system includes a terminal device, and an information provision device that can communicate with the terminal device. The information provision device includes a communicating section configured to communicate with the terminal device, a head count information managing section configured to manage current head count information for each position, and a crowd information generating section configured to determine a position for making a notification display based on the managed head count information, and generate crowd information containing information of the determined position, and a transmission control section configured to transmit the generated crowd information from the communicating section to the terminal device. The terminal device includes a communicating section configured to communicate with the information provision device, and a control section configured to execute display of a map image on a display section, and execute a display based on the transmitted crowd information on the map image.

Claims

1. An information processing apparatus comprising:

circuitry configured to;

receive, from a first terminal, position information with at least one of biometric information and motion information;

determine a hot spot based on the position information;

determine a status of the hot spot based on the at least one of the biometric information and the motion information; and

provide notification information to a second terminal based on the hot spot and the status.

2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the circuitry is further configured to determine the status of the hot spot using a user profile of the first terminal.

3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the user profile includes at least one of age, sex, hobby, and preference.

4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the circuitry is further configured to identify hot spots in a specific area of a map displayed by the second terminal and provide the hot spots to the second terminal.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the circuitry is further configured to provide the biometric information for hot spots displayed by the second terminal on a map.

6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the notification information is displayed with the biometric information by the second terminal on a map.

7. An information processing method comprising:

receiving, from a first terminal, position information with at least one of biometric information and motion information;

determining a hot spot based on the position information;

determining a status of the hot spot based on the at least one of the biometric information and the motion information; and

providing notification information to a second terminal based on the hot spot and the status.

8. The information processing method according to claim 7, further comprising determining the status of the hot spot using a user profile of the first terminal.

9. The information processing method according to claim 8, wherein the user profile includes at least one of age, sex, hobby, and preference.

10. The information processing method according to claim 7, further comprising identifying hot spots in a specific area of a map displayed by the second terminal and providing the hot spots to the second terminal.

11. The information processing method according to claim 7, further comprising providing the biometric information for hot spots displayed by the second terminal on a map.

12. The information processing method according to claim 7, wherein the notification information is displayed with the biometric information by the second terminal on a map.

13. A computer-readable recording medium having instructions that, when executed by a processor, perform a method comprising:

receiving, from a first terminal, position information with at least one of biometric information and motion information;

determining a hot spot based on the position information;

determining a status of the hot spot based on the at least one of the biometric information and the motion information; and

providing notification information to a second terminal based on the hot spot and the status.

14. The computer-readable recording medium according to claim 13, the method further comprising determining the status of the hot spot using a user profile of the first terminal.

15. The computer-readable recording medium according to claim 14, wherein the user profile includes at least one of age, sex, hobby, and preference.

16. The computer-readable recording medium according to claim 13, the method further comprising identifying hot spots in a specific area of a map displayed by the second terminal and providing the hot spots to the second terminal.

17. The computer-readable recording medium according to claim 13, the method further comprising providing the biometric information for hot spots displayed by the second terminal on a map.

18. The computer-readable recording medium according to claim 13, wherein the notification information is displayed with the biometric information by the second terminal on a map.

19. A second terminal comprising:

circuitry configured to;

receive notification information from a server device, the notification information being based on a hot spot and a status of the hot spot, the hot spot being based on position information from a first terminal, the status of the hot spot being based on at least one of biometric information and motion information from the first terminal.

20. The second terminal according to claim 19, wherein the status of the hot spot is based on a user profile of the first terminal.

21. The second terminal according to claim 20, wherein the user profile includes at least one of age, sex, hobby, and preference.

22. The second terminal according to claim 19, wherein the circuitry is further configured to receive hot spots from the server device and display a map and the hot spots in a specific area of the map.

23. The second terminal according to claim 19, wherein the circuitry is further configured to receive from the server device the biometric information for hot spots displayed by the second terminal on a map.

24. The second terminal according to claim 19, wherein the circuitry is further configured to display the biometric information by the second terminal on a map.
