- monitoring, by a wireless device, a downlink control channel in at least one OFDM symbol located after an OFDM symbol in which a primary synchronization signal (PSS) is received in the subframe; and
receiving, by the wireless device, downlink control information on the downlink control channel.

12. A method for transmitting downlink control information in a subframe including a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols in a time division duplex (TDD)-based wireless communication system, the method comprising:

transmitting, by a base station, a primary synchronization signal (PSS) in a 3rd OFDM symbol in the subframe; and transmitting, by the base station, the downlink control information on a downlink control channel in at least one OFDM symbol located after the 3rd OFDM symbol in the subframe.
