Abstract

In a mobile communication system in which a plurality of base stations included in a CoMP cooperating set allocate a same communication resource to a user terminal to perform a communication, each of the plurality of base stations comprises a notification unit that notifies another base station included in the CoMP cooperating set of a communication resource of allocation candidate for the user terminal in the base station itself; a receiver that receives a notification of a communication resource of allocation candidate for the user terminal in another base station included in the CoMP cooperating set from the other base station; and a disabling unit that performs setting to disable allocation of a communication resource of allocation candidate, depending on a reception state of the receiver.

Claims

1. A mobile communication system in which a plurality of base stations included in a CoMP cooperating set allocate a same communication resource to a user terminal to perform communication, wherein

each of the plurality of base stations comprises

a notification unit that notifies another base station included in the CoMP cooperating set of a communication resource of allocation candidate for the user terminal in the base station itself;

a receiver that receives a notification of a communication resource of allocation candidate for the user terminal in the other base station included in the CoMP cooperating set from the other base station; and

a disabling unit that performs setting to disable allocation of a communication resource of allocation candidate, depending on a reception state of the receiver.

2. The mobile communication system according to claim 1, wherein

when the receiver does not receive the notification from at least one of the other base stations included in the CoMP cooperating set, the disabling unit performs the setting to disable allocation of a communication resource of allocation candidate recognized by the base station itself among communication resources of allocation candidates in the plurality of base stations.

3. The mobile communication system according to claim 2, wherein

each of the plurality of base stations further comprises a selector that selects a communication resource to be allocated to the user terminal from communication resources of allocation candidates in the plurality of base stations according to a selection rule common to the plurality of base stations, and

the disabling unit performs setting to disable allocation of a communication resource of allocation candidate selected according to the selection rule.

4. A base station included in a plurality of base stations forming a CoMP cooperating set in a mobile communication system in which the plurality of base stations perform communication with a user terminal by allocating a same communication resource to the user terminal, comprising:

a notification unit that notifies another base station included in the CoMP cooperating set of a communication resource of allocation candidate for the user terminal in the base station itself;

a receiver that receives a notification of the communication resource of allocation candidate for the user terminal in the other base station included in the CoMP cooperating set from the other base station; and

a disabling unit that performs setting to disable allocation of a communication resource of allocation candidate, depending on a reception state of the receiver.

5. A communication control method in a mobile communication system in which a plurality of base stations included in a CoMP cooperating set perform communication with a user terminal by allocating a same communication resource to the user terminal, the method comprising:

in each of the plurality of base stations,

a step A of notifying another base station included in the CoMP cooperating set of a communication resource of allocation candidate for the user terminal in the base station itself;

a step B of receiving a notification of a communication resource of allocation candidate for the user terminal in the other base station included in the CoMP cooperating set from the other base station; and

a step C of disabling allocation of a communication resource of allocation candidate, depending on a reception state at the step B.
