Abstract

Provided is an electrode pattern of a touch panel, including: a plurality of conductive pattern cells which are formed to be spaced apart from each other on a substrate; and an insulating layer which is formed on the conductive pattern cells; and a plurality of metal bridge line electrodes which are formed on the insulating layer so that the conductive pattern cells are connected to each other.

Claims

1. An electrode pattern of a touch panel, comprising:

a plurality of conductive pattern cells formed to be spaced apart from each other on a substrate;

an insulating layer which is formed on the conductive pattern cells; and

a plurality of metal bridge line electrodes which are formed in a slit-like shape to face each other on the insulating layer so that the conductive pattern cells are connected to each other.

2. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the plurality of metal bridge line electrodes are formed to make a pair.

3. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the plurality of metal bridge line electrodes are formed to be parallel to each other.

The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the plurality of conductive pattern cells comprise first conductive pattern cells and second conductive pattern cells which cross at right angles to the first conductive pattern cells, and the plurality of metal bridge line electrodes connect the second conductive pattern cells.

5. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the plurality of metal bridge line electrodes are configured of three or four metal line-bridge line electrodes.

6. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the plurality of metal bridge line electrodes form two slit-like shapes which are configured of three metal bridge line electrodes.

7. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the plurality of metal bridge line electrodes form three slit shapes which are configured of four metal bridge line electrodes.

8. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the sum of widths of the plurality of metal bridge line electrodes is formed to be less than ½

of a width of the insulating layer.

9. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the plurality of metal bridge line electrodes are formed with a micro electrode line.

10. The electrode pattern of claim 9, wherein the micro electrode line is formed in a thickness of 1 to 10 μ

m.

11. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the metal bridge line electrodes are formed of at least any one of an Ag nano wire and a carbon nano tube (CNT).

12. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the substrate is formed of a transparent window.

13. The electrode pattern of claim 12, wherein the transparent window is formed of any one of tempered glass, half tempered glass, soda-lime glass and tempered plastic.

14. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the substrate is formed of any one of PET (polyethylene terephthalate resin), PC (polycarbonate), PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), TAC (triacetate cellulose), and PES (polyether sulfone).

15. The electrode pattern of claim 1, wherein the conductive pattern cells are formed of at least any one of ITO (Indium Tin Oxide), IZO (Indium Zinc Oxide), a carbon nano tube (CNT), an Ag nano wire, a conductive polymer and graphene.
