at least one control unit configured to operate the at least one frequency unit at one frequency in at least one first operating state, wherein the at least one control unit controls a power output via a pulse width modulation of a pulse duration of the first operating state relative to an operating period.

operating, by the at least one control unit, the at least one frequency unit at one frequency in at least one first operating state, wherein the at least one control unit controls a power output via a pulse width modulation of a pulse duration of the first operating state relative to an operating period.
