Abstract
A system for creating a personalized patient pathway is described. An initial patient pathway obtainer (1) is used for obtaining an initial patient pathway for a patient. A constraints obtainer (2) is applied for obtaining a set of constraints (7) on the patient pathway. A change indication module (3) is used for enabling a user to indicate a change to the patient pathway. A patient pathway updater (4) serves for generating an updated patient pathway (8), based on the initial patient pathway, the indication of the change, and the set of constraints (7). The initial patient pathway obtainer (1) is arranged for generating the initial patient pathway, based on a clinical guideline (5) and/or a patient parameter (6).

obtaining an initial patient pathway for a patient; -
