1. A vision system of a vehicle, said vision system comprising:
- an interior camera disposed in an interior cabin of a vehicle and having a field of view interior of the vehicle that encompasses an area typically occupied by a head of a driver of the vehicle;
an image processor operable to process image data captured by said interior camera;
wherein said image processor is operable to determine the presence of a person'"'"'s head in the field of view of said interior camera and to compare features of the person'"'"'s face to features of an authorized driver; and
wherein, responsive at least in part to the comparison of features, operation of the vehicle is allowed only to an authorized driver.

An image processor is operable to process image data captured by the camera. The image processor is operable to determine the presence of a person'"'"'s head in the field of view of the camera and to compare features of the person'"'"'s face to features of an authorized driver. Responsive at least in part to the comparison of features, operation of the vehicle is allowed only to an authorized driver. The system may store features of one or more authorized driver and may allow operation of the vehicle only when the person occupying the driver seat is recognized or identified as an authorized driver.
