A system and method for authenticating products. Identity data corresponding to a product may be received. The product may be authenticated using the identity data and a point-of-sale device.

Claims

1. A computerized method to authenticate a product, the method comprising:

receiving identity data corresponding to a product; and

authenticating the product being sold using a point-of-sale device and the identity data.
