First Claim
1. A method comprising:
- accessing, at a first device, data for transmission to a second device;
performing, at the first device, a channel sounding process with a third device to obtain channel feedback regarding a wireless channel between the first device and the third device;
determining a steering matrix based on the channel feedback to reduce interference leakage received by the third device during a beamforming transmission from the first device to the second device; and
performing, at the first device, the beamforming transmission to the second device based on (i) the data and (ii) the steering matrix.
