at a server system, receiving information about an asset to be tracked; receiving information defining one or more geographic spaces through which the asset may move; receiving information defining alert conditions for movement of the asset relative to the one or more geographic spaces; from time to time, receiving geolocation data for the asset; storing the received geolocation data in a memory; comparing the geolocation data with the defined alert conditions; and communicating an alert when a defined alert condition is met by the comparison with the geolocation data. - View Dependent Claims (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16)
